Pedrazzi tha se konferenca e tij p\u00ebr shtyp synonte t\u00eb shpjegonte para shqiptar\u00ebve se pse bankat transferojn\u00eb para nga Shqip\u00ebria, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb atyre q\u00eb ai i cil\u00ebsoi si informacione t\u00eb pasakta nga nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e medias, t\u00eb tilla si \u201cpo na ikin parat\u00eb e depozitave\u201d, etj.<\/p>\n

Por shpjegimet e Pedrazzit dhan\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb panoram\u00eb krejt t\u00eb ndryshme me at\u00eb q\u00eb jepet nga statistikat zyrtare mbi financat e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u201cFlukset hyr\u00ebse jan\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb strukturore m\u00eb t\u00eb larta se sa ato dal\u00ebse,\u201d tha Pedrazzi. \u201cSurplusi \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithkund. Zyrtarisht Shqip\u00ebria ka nj\u00eb deficit n\u00eb tregtin\u00eb e jashtme n\u00eb mas\u00ebn 2.9 miliard\u00eb euro nd\u00ebrsa prurjet nga emigrant\u00ebt dhe kredit\u00eb e ndryshme dhe investimet e huaja t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejta mbulojn\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij deficiti. Megjithat\u00eb, bilanci i pagesave t\u00eb vendit, ku llogariten t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb ardhurat dhe shpenzimet n\u00eb valut\u00eb, p\u00ebr vitin 2018 kishte nj\u00eb deficit prej 860 milion\u00eb eurosh, sipas shifrave zyrtare t\u00eb Bank\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Pyetur mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb kontradikt\u00eb mes surplusit t\u00eb st\u00ebrmadh t\u00eb v\u00ebrejtur nga bankat dhe deficitit t\u00eb bilancit t\u00eb pagesave, Pedrazzi sugjeroi se informaliteti mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb burimi i parave. Ai v\u00ebrejti gjithashtu edhe faktin tashm\u00eb t\u00eb njohur nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, forcimi i lekut kundrejt Euros.<\/p>\n

\u201cKur erdha n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri pes\u00eb vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb, euro kushtonte 140 lek\u00eb nd\u00ebrsa tani kushton 125 lek\u00eb\u201d, v\u00ebrejti ai.<\/p>\n

Pyetur mbi volumin e transfertave kesh nga Shqip\u00ebria jasht\u00eb vendit, Pedrazzo tha se nuk ishte n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb jepte nj\u00eb vler\u00ebsim shum\u00eb t\u00eb sakt\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak se banka t\u00eb ndryshme zbatojn\u00eb rregullore t\u00eb ndryshme p\u00ebr sasin\u00eb e valut\u00ebs s\u00eb transportuar n\u00eb \u00e7do rrug\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa luhatjet sezonale t\u00eb keshit t\u00eb tep\u00ebrt jan\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha. Por nj\u00eb bank\u00eb, tha ai, mund t\u00eb kryej\u00eb kat\u00ebr apo pes\u00eb transferta n\u00eb muaj.<\/p>\n

Grabitja e Rinasit e dat\u00ebs 9 prill ka shkaktuar nj\u00eb kok\u00eb\u00e7arje shtes\u00eb p\u00ebr bankat e nivelit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri p\u00ebr shkak se kompania ajrore Austrian Airlines ka vendosur t\u00eb refuzoj\u00eb ofrimin e sh\u00ebrbimit t\u00eb transfertave t\u00eb parave drejt Vien\u00ebs dhe bankat nuk kan\u00eb gjetur p\u00ebr momentin nj\u00eb alternativ\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Pedrazzi v\u00ebrejti se n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e para pas grabitjes, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e bankave filloi t\u00eb refuzoj\u00eb blerjen e valut\u00ebs s\u00eb tep\u00ebrt, gj\u00eb q\u00eb solli nj\u00eb dob\u00ebsim t\u00eb konsideruesh\u00ebm t\u00eb euros n\u00eb treg. Ai theksoi se drejtuesit e bankave vendos\u00ebn bashk\u00ebrisht pak dit\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb t\u00eb vijonin t\u00eb blinin valut\u00eb si normalisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb shmangur \u00e7rregullimet n\u00eb treg.<\/p>\n

Sipas Pedrazzit, p\u00ebrpunimi i parave kesh \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim q\u00eb ofrohet nga pak banka n\u00ebp\u00ebr bot\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak se ka kosto t\u00eb lart\u00eb dhe fitime t\u00eb ul\u00ebta. Raiffeisen e Austris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga k\u00ebto banka t\u00eb specializuara p\u00ebr ofrimin e sh\u00ebrbimit p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Europ\u00ebn lindore.
