P\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb dyt\u00eb, prokurorja e shkarkuar Rovena Gashi, k\u00ebrkoi t\u00eb ket\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese ligjore motr\u00ebn e vet, gjyqtaren Ema Gashi. Kolegji i Posa\u00e7\u00ebm i Apelimit e rr\u00ebzoi s\u00ebrish k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn nd\u00ebrsa Gashi k\u00ebrkoi m\u00eb shum\u00eb koh\u00eb q\u00eb motra t\u00eb jap\u00eb dor\u00ebheqjen si gjyqtare.<\/p>\n

Prokurorja e shkarkuar Rovena Gashi paraqiti nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb dyt\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar n\u00eb procesin e apelimit t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes s\u00eb saj nga e motra, Ema Gashi, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht gjyqtare. N\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e 23 prillit, Kolegji i Posa\u00e7\u00ebm i Apelimit e rr\u00ebzoi k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb dyt\u00eb. N\u00eb t\u00eb dyja rastet, kolegji gjykoi se gjyqtar\u00ebt dhe prokuror\u00ebt nuk mund t\u00eb kryejn\u00eb rolin e mbrojtjes.<\/p>\n

Seanca e s\u00eb mart\u00ebs u hap me k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e Gashit dhe me t\u00ebrheqjen e trup\u00ebs gjykuese n\u00eb vendim t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebm. Pas refuzimit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb, Gashi k\u00ebrkoi shtyrje t\u00eb seanc\u00ebs duke e konsideruar procesin me probleme dhe t\u00eb parregullt.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cK\u00ebrkoj minimalisht dy jav\u00eb koh\u00eb. K\u00ebrkojm\u00eb koh\u00eb q\u00eb Ema t\u00eb jap\u00eb dor\u00ebheqjen p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb mundur mbrojtjen time\u201d, u shpreh nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera prokurorja Gashi. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, kryesuesja e trup\u00ebs s\u00eb KPA, Albana Shtylla i t\u00ebrhoqi v\u00ebmendjen gjyqtares Ema Gashi q\u00eb t\u00eb mos i jepte sugjerime motr\u00ebs s\u00eb saj, por t\u00eb zhvendosej n\u00eb vendet e p\u00ebrcaktuara p\u00ebr publikun.<\/p>\n

Trupa u t\u00ebrhoq s\u00ebrish p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb vendim t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebm lidhur me k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn p\u00ebr shtyrje, e cila u pranua. Seanca tjet\u00ebr u p\u00ebrcaktua p\u00ebr dat\u00ebn 6 maj, ora 10.<\/p>\n

Gashi u shkarkua nga detyra nga Komisioni i Pavarur i Kualifikimit\u00a0m\u00eb 25 korrik 2018, por e apeloi vendimin duke argumentuar shkelje. Shkaku kryesor i shkarkimit ishte mosjustifikimi i pasuris\u00eb familjare\u00a0t\u00eb prokurores\u00a0Gashi dhe bashk\u00ebshortit t\u00eb saj, prokurorit Dritan Gina.<\/p>\n

Rovena Gashi dhe Dritan Gina mbanin poste drejtuese n\u00eb organin e akuz\u00ebs, gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs q\u00eb ky institucion drejtohej nga ish-kryeprokurori Adriatik Llalla, por t\u00eb dy u ul\u00ebn n\u00eb detyr\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas zgjedhjes s\u00eb Arta Markut n\u00eb krye t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb n\u00eb dhjetor 2017.<\/p>\n

Pas uljes n\u00eb detyr\u00eb, Gashi dhe Gina i kund\u00ebrshtuan vendimet e Markut n\u00eb gjykat\u00eb, duke i cil\u00ebsuar ato t\u00eb kundraligjshme. Pretendimet e tyre u rr\u00ebzuan respektivisht nga Gjykata e Durr\u00ebsit dhe Gjykata Administrative e Tiran\u00ebs, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi vendimet e kryeprokurores. Po ashtu Kolegji i Posa\u00e7\u00ebm i Apelimit, rr\u00ebzoi nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7iftit kund\u00ebr vendimit p\u00ebr pezullimin e tyre. Megjithat\u00eb pasi Gashi ishte shkarkuar nga KPK, Gjykata Administrative e Apelit rr\u00ebzoi vendimin e Markut p\u00ebr pezullimin e tyre nga detyra. Gashi dhe Gina po ashtu ishin n\u00ebn hetim p\u00ebr \u201cfshehje t\u00eb pasuris\u00eb\u201d dhe ishin pezulluar me urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb Prokurores s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb P\u00ebrkohshme, Arta Marku.<\/p>\n
