K\u00ebto deklarime nxisin intoleranc\u00ebn nd\u00ebrmjet shtetasve, justifikojn\u00eb dhun\u00ebn, nuk respektojn\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn dhe larmin\u00eb e traditave, besimeve fetare, kultur\u00ebs dhe moralit t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve. Shkelja e k\u00ebtyre parimeve ligjore gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij transmetimi p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nxitje t\u00eb urrejtjes mbi baza fetare dhe, si e till\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb e d\u00ebnueshme nga ligji.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cReport\u201d TV<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mas\u00ebn admministrative me gjob\u00eb n\u00eb vler\u00ebn 200,000 (dyqind mij\u00eb) lek\u00eb, ndaj Televizionit \u201cReport\u201d Tv, pasi n\u00eb emisionin \u201cPa gjurm\u00eb\u201d, t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 14.01.2019, jan\u00eb dhunuar t\u00eb drejtat e nj\u00eb f\u00ebmije, duke cenuar privat\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe dinjitetin e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij emisioni \u00ebsht\u00eb shkelur Ligji nr.97\/2013 \u201cP\u00ebr mediat audiovizive n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d, i ndryshuar, i cili sanksionon detyrimin q\u00eb, n\u00eb transmetimet e tyre mediat audiovizive t\u00eb ruajn\u00eb konfidencialitetin dhe t\u00eb respektojn\u00eb privat\u00ebsis\u00eb e f\u00ebmij\u00ebs, sikurse parashikon edhe Kodi i Transmetimit, n\u00eb Seksioni 5 t\u00eb tij, \u201cF\u00ebmij\u00ebt n\u00eb transmetimet audiovizive\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TV \u201cNews 24\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mas\u00ebn administrative me gjob\u00eb n\u00eb vler\u00ebn 120,000 (nj\u00ebqind e nj\u00ebzet mij\u00eb) lek\u00eb ndaj Televizionit \u201cNews 24\u201d, p\u00ebr edicionin informativ qendror t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 15.03.2019, ora 19.00. Gjat\u00eb edicionit u evidentuan dy reklama t\u00eb fshehta t\u00eb dh\u00ebna nj\u00ebra pas tjetr\u00ebs. K\u00ebto kronika bien ndesh me k\u00ebrkesat e Ligjit nr. 97\/2013 \u201cP\u00ebr mediat audiovizive n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d, i ndryshuar, i cili n\u00eb nenin 42, pika 1, p\u00ebrcakton se \u201ckomunikimet me natyr\u00eb tregtare n\u00eb transmetimet audiovizive duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb qart\u00ebsisht t\u00eb dallueshme si t\u00eb tilla. Komunikimet me natyr\u00eb tregtare t\u00eb fshehura jan\u00eb t\u00eb ndaluara\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu, transmetimi brenda edicionit t\u00eb lajmeve i dy kronikave shkel edhe nenin 44 t\u00eb Ligjit 97\/2013 p\u00ebr \u201cvendosjen e produkteve gjat\u00eb programeve\u201d, pasi insertet konsiderohen produkte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TV \u201cKlan\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mas\u00ebn administrative me gjob\u00eb n\u00eb vler\u00ebn 120,000 (nj\u00ebqind e nj\u00ebzet mij\u00eb) lek\u00eb ndaj Televizionit \u201cKlan\u201d, pasi n\u00eb programin \u201cRudina\u201d, t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 27.03.2019, nuk jan\u00eb respektuar k\u00ebrkesat p\u00ebr reklamat dhe komunikimet tregtare.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrmbajtja e transmetuar n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb programit \u201cRudina\u201d kishte dhe reklam\u00eb t\u00eb fshehur, q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebn mosrespektim t\u00eb k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb Ligjit nr. 97\/2013 \u201cP\u00ebr mediat audiovizive n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d, i ndryshuar, nenin 42, pika 1, si dhe nenin 44.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RTV \u201cOra News\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bordi vendos t\u00ebrheqjen e v\u00ebmendjes p\u00ebr Televizionin \u201cOra News\u201d, pasi n\u00eb emisionin \u201cWhy not\u201d, t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 07.04.2019, ora 19.00, rezulton n\u00eb shkelje t\u00eb normave ligjore dhe etike.<\/p>\n<p>Bordi v\u00ebren se \u201cfjalori i p\u00ebrdorur gjat\u00eb bashk\u00ebbisedimit dhe p\u00ebrgatitja e cigareve n\u00eb studio, para kamerave, promovon p\u00ebrdorimin e duhanit dhe produkteve t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb tij, si dhe nxit f\u00ebmij\u00ebt p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e k\u00ebtyre produkteve t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve\u201d. Kjo jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb d\u00ebmton dhe cenon f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, por gjithashtu bie ndesh me ligjin organik dhe Kodin e Transmetimit, i cili detyron OSHMA-t\u00eb t\u00eb vendosin shenja paralajm\u00ebruese.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Transmetimet n\u00eb Gjuh\u00ebn e Shenjave<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bordi i AMA-s u t\u00ebrheq v\u00ebmendjen operator\u00ebve audioviziv\u00eb me licenc\u00eb komb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr zbatimin e Ligjit nr. 97\/2013 \u201cP\u00ebr mediat audiovizive n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d, i ndryshuar, mbi transmetimet p\u00ebr personat me nevoja t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta shqisore dhe marrjen e masave p\u00ebr konkretizimin e transmetimeve me baz\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e shenjave.<\/p>\n<p>Autoriteti i Mediave Audiovizive u ka b\u00ebr\u00eb me dije OSHMA-ve, p\u00ebrmes njoftimeve zyrtare dhe shkresave t\u00eb nisura, se n\u00eb mbledhjen e par\u00eb t\u00eb vitit 2019, Bordi i AMA-s ka vendosur tre prioritetet e monitorimit dhe vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtjeve t\u00eb emetuara, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb: 1. Mbrojtja e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve n\u00eb transmetimet audiovizive; 2. Reklamat e fshehura dhe komunikimet tregtare; 3.
