T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e studimit treguan se sh\u00ebndeti i njer\u00ebzve pesimist\u00eb kishte tendenc\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsohej m\u00eb shpejt sesa ai i nj\u00ebr\u00ebzve optimist\u00eb, sidmos nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb vihej re akoma edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb me kalimin e mosh\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pozitiviteti dhe performanca<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb pasurit e nje qendrimi sa m\u00eb pozitiv nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm n\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetit tuaj. Profesori Martin Seligman gjithashtu analizoi edhe lidhjen nd\u00ebrmjet pozitivitetit dhe performac\u00ebs. Padyshim q\u00eb edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim, performaca dhe rendimenti i nj\u00eb personi optimist \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e lart\u00eb se ajo e nj\u00eb pesimisti. K\u00ebshtu, p\u00ebr shembull, nj\u00eb shit\u00ebs optimist shiti 37 p\u00ebr qind produkte m\u00eb shum\u00eb sesa nj\u00eb kolegu i tij pesimist.<\/p>\n<p>Seligman \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithashtu nj\u00eb prej studiuesve q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb me \u00e7\u00ebshjten e t\u00eb menduarit pozitiv dhe madje ai ka publikuar edhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb prej studimeve t\u00eb tij disa teknika t\u00eb thjeshta t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb ndihmojn\u00eb secilin prej nesh p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar nga mendimi negativ drejt atij pozitiv. Ja se cilat jan\u00eb ato:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.
