Njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb marrin insulin\u00eb ose antidiabetik\u00eb oral mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb hipoglikemin\u00eb gjat\u00eb nat\u00ebs t\u00eb shoq\u00ebruar me djersitje.
