Mediat serbe vazhdojn\u00eb ta ken\u00eb kryetem\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e Kosov\u00ebs. Gazeta beogradase \u201cBlic\u201d ka prezantuar pes\u00eb skenar\u00eb p\u00ebr zgjidhjen e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sipas k\u00ebsaj gazete, ndarja e territorit, normalizimi i marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve, korrigjimi i kufijve, shk\u00ebmbimi i territoreve dhe mbajtja e gjendjes staus quo, jan\u00eb pes\u00eb skenar\u00ebt p\u00ebr zgjidhjen e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

\u201cSi an\u00eb pozitive e k\u00ebsaj zgjidhjeje shihet se Serbia e kthehen kontrollin mbi territorin e veriut t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb banuar me shumic\u00eb serbe, nd\u00ebrsa ana negative e k\u00ebsaj \u00ebsht\u00eb se statusi komunitetit serb n\u00eb jug t\u00eb lumit Ib\u00ebr, q\u00eb\u00a0 nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb ndarje\u201d.<\/p>\n

Si\u00e7 shkruan gazeta \u201cvitin 2019 bashk\u00ebsia nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare e ka cil\u00ebsuar si vit vendimtar p\u00ebr zgjidhjen e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, dhe si opsioni i par\u00eb p\u00ebrmend ndarjen e territorit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin thot\u00eb se me dekada t\u00eb t\u00ebra ka ting\u00eblluar si nj\u00eb \u2018dalje t\u00eb mundshme dinjitoze t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb nga Kosova’\u201d, p\u00ebrcjell Telegrafi.<\/p>\n

Gazeta konstaton se\u00a0 kjo ide \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb realizohet, sepse ajo kishte e mundur menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb konfliktit n\u00eb vitin 1999, por thuhet se edhe sot ende ka kund\u00ebrshtar\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb n\u00eb bashk\u00ebsin\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n

Si\u00e7 thuhet Prishtina n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast ka shum\u00eb t\u00eb ngjar\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb hiqte t\u00eb drejtat e ve\u00e7anta p\u00ebr serb\u00ebt, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb kompetenca t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb vet\u00ebqeverisjes lokale, vendet e garantuara n\u00eb parlament dhe pjes\u00ebmarrjen obligative n\u00eb qeveri.<\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb alternativ\u00eb tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb normalizimi, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshja gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse p\u00ebr normalizimi, q\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb thoshte nj\u00eb njohje formale t\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, por do ta zhbllokonte an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb institucionet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n

An\u00eb pozitive e k\u00ebsaj zgjidhjeje, sipas gazet\u00ebs serbe, do t\u00eb ishte ruajtja e bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb unike serbe dhe trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre kulturore n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00eb autonomie t\u00eb gjer\u00eb dhe lidhja speciale me Serbin\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrsa, si nj\u00eb dob\u00ebsit\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj zgjidhjeje, gazeta e sheh n\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb Serbia n\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjen p\u00ebrfundimtare kushtimisht merr pak m\u00eb shum\u00eb nga ajo q\u00eb ishte arritur me marr\u00ebveshjen e par\u00eb, e q\u00eb ishte Asociacioni i Komunave Serbe.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrsa nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e madhe, sipas gazet\u00ebs, imponohet q\u00eb autoritetet n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb do t\u00eb respektojn\u00eb autonomin\u00eb e serb\u00ebve, pasi q\u00eb Kosova t\u00eb jet\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsuar n\u00eb OKB-s\u00eb dhe organizata t\u00eb tjera nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb tej \u201cBlic\u201d shkruan se korrigjimi i kufirit \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjidhja q\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb shpeshti p\u00ebrmendet dhe do t\u00eb thot\u00eb \u201cnj\u00eb satisfaksion m\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00eb territorial sesa ndarja e Kosov\u00ebs\u201d, p\u00ebrcjell Telegrafi.<\/p>\n

\u201cMund\u00ebsia e par\u00eb n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebtij opsioni n\u00ebnkupton, q\u00eb Kosova t\u00eb kthehet n\u00eb kufijt\u00eb e vitit 1953, q\u00eb \u00a0do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se Serbia merr kontrollin mbi pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe ose t\u00eb gjith\u00eb zon\u00ebn e komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Leposaviqit, nd\u00ebrsa opsioni tjet\u00ebr do t\u00eb n\u00ebnkuptonte se Prishtina mban Mitrovic\u00ebn dhe Ujmanin. Si p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi e zgjidhjes s\u00eb par\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb fakti se se veriu i Kosov\u00ebs do t\u00eb mbetet kompakt me dy komuna dhe Mitrovic\u00ebn unike si nj\u00eb qend\u00ebr urbane q\u00eb mund t\u00eb marr\u00eb statusin e nj\u00eb distrikti t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n

Sipas gazet\u00ebs, \u201cnj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr \u00a0variant i korrigjimit t\u00eb kufijve ofron nj\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe territoriale, por t\u00eb dyja zgjidhjet, edhe n\u00eb rastin e ndarjes, ofrojn\u00eb mbrojtje strategjike p\u00ebr Kopaonikun dhe \u201cpjes\u00ebn e but\u00eb t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb qendrore\u201d.<\/p>\n

Korrigjimi, sipas \u201cBlic\u201d, do t\u00eb thot\u00eb gjithashtu se resurset e Trep\u00e7\u00ebs dhe Ujmanit kan\u00eb administrim t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb serb\u00ebve dhe shqiptar\u00ebve, ose nj\u00eb privatizim t\u00eb negociuar, por brenda sistemit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

\u201cSi opsion i kat\u00ebrti i zgjidhjes potencohet shk\u00ebmbimi i territorit, q\u00eb do t\u00eb b\u00ebhej sipas parimit etnik dhe nj\u00eb zgjidhje t\u00eb till\u00eb, thuhet, ka dometh\u00ebnie e nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeje t\u00eb p\u00ebrhershme historike nd\u00ebrmjet serb\u00ebve dhe shqiptar\u00ebve, sepse p\u00ebr shumic\u00ebn \u00a0pajtimit \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur vet\u00ebm me ndarje etnike\u201d.<\/p>\n

Mir\u00ebpo, thuhet se \u201cn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb skenar shum\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje mbeten t\u00eb hapura, s\u00eb pari: Cila \u00ebsht\u00eb fitorja e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb p\u00ebr Serbin\u00eb dhe serb\u00ebt n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb?\u201d.<\/p>\n
