Por mbi nj\u00eb cerek shekulli n\u00ebn t\u00eb ashtuquajtur\u00ebn \u201cdemokraci\u201d si rezulton ky sistem?<\/p>\n<p>Pa asnj\u00eb m\u00ebdyshje m\u00eb i mir\u00eb se cdo sistem q\u00eb ka p\u00ebrjetuar Shqip\u00ebria e varf\u00ebr deri n\u00eb palc\u00eb, sepse t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn po ju m\u00ebson njer\u00ebzve disa t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta q\u00eb ata mesiguri nuk do donin ti d\u00ebgjonin. Por kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr vlerat e m\u00ebdha t\u00eb k\u00ebtij sistemi.<\/p>\n<p>Cfar\u00eb kuptojm\u00eb me demokraci? Sipas t\u00eb gjith\u00eb fjalor\u00ebve t\u00eb bot\u00ebs, Demokracia \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem qeverisje q\u00eb bazohet n\u00eb sovranitetin e popullit dhe garanton pjesmarrje dhe\u00a0 barazi\u00a0 t\u00eb cdo qytetari n\u00eb qeverisjen publike. Pas m\u00ebse nj\u00eb cerek shekulli si paraqitet \u201cdemokracia\u201d te shqiptar\u00ebt?<\/p>\n<p>-Cfar\u00eb ka populli n\u00eb dor\u00eb? Qeverisjen? Sigurisht jo. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb demokraci sundojn\u00eb prej gati 30 vitesh vet\u00ebm \u201celita\u201d, t\u00eb cilat vet\u00ebm ndryshojn\u00eb vendet n\u00eb var\u00ebsi nga mashtrimi q\u00eb i b\u00ebjn\u00eb popullit! Pra populli nuk ka asgj\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb, madje as vot\u00ebn t\u00eb cil\u00ebn p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb varf\u00ebris\u00eb, munges\u00ebs s\u00eb kultur\u00ebs demokratike dhe nivelit arsimor, ia shet pa m\u00ebdyshje atij q\u00eb ofron m\u00eb shum\u00eb.Nd\u00ebrsa \u201celitat\u201d vet\u00ebm mashtrojn\u00eb gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb fushat\u00ebs duke u premtuar parajs\u00ebn njer\u00ebzve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt n\u00ebn trysnin\u00ebn e injoranc\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre vazhdojn\u00eb ti besojn\u00eb dhe pse jan\u00eb zhg\u00ebnjyer n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha rastet. Pra sistemi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb demokratik por sistem elitar!<\/p>\n<p>-Qeverisjet nuk jane m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjshme p\u00ebrball\u00eb elektorateve t\u00eb tyre.N\u00ebn pretendimin e qeverisjes me \u201cspecialist\u00eb\u201d sot kemi gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb qeveri teknike e teknokrat\u00ebsh t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk kan\u00ebasgj\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt me demokracin\u00eb, p\u00ebrkundrazi vijn\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me t\u00eb. K\u00ebto lloj\u00eb qeverish\u00eb q\u00eb kemi hequr mbi kurriz, propozojn\u00eb ligje q\u00eb ju shkojn\u00eb p\u00ebr shtat klaneve dhe interesave klanore. Madje tani me ato t\u00eb famshmet platforma dixhitale q\u00eb ia errin edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb syt\u00eb njer\u00ebzve, e kan\u00eb b\u00ebr qeverisjen kilometra larg popullit.Qeverite e teknokrat\u00ebve jan\u00eb shum\u00eb larg qeverisjes demokratike. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb ne vazhdojm\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb qeveri teknike p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjidhur hallet tona.<\/p>\n<p>-Demokracia esht\u00eb pluraliz\u00ebm idesh, vlerash dhe sigurisht edhe partish\u00eb politike. Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb respektimi i ideve t\u00eb ndryshme \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi ashtu sikund\u00ebr nuk mund t\u00eb pres\u00ebsh q\u00eb nj\u00eb parti t\u00eb shpreh\u00eb interesat e t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve. Por ama nj\u00eb parti ka detyrimin q\u00eb grupimin q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson ta p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsoj\u00eb me dinjitet dhe fuqishm\u00ebri. N\u00eb fakt e keqja e madhe n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri jan\u00eb partit\u00eb politike q\u00eb jan\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb klube klanesh dhe interesash t\u00eb ngushta. K\u00ebto parti bien dakord mes tyre vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr nj\u00eb gj\u00eb: Kush do ta qeveris\u00eb vendin n\u00eb mandatin pasardh\u00ebs! E cfar\u00eb mund t\u00eb pres\u00ebsh nga ky lloj\u00eb pluralizmi?<\/p>\n<p>-Demokraci do t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb cdo individ t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb qeverisje me mendimin dhe pjesmarrjen e tij. Kjo natyrisht k\u00ebrkon nj\u00eb kultur\u00eb demokratike. Por cfar\u00eb kulture demokratike kemi ne si popull kur rreshtohemi si ushtar\u00eb pas nj\u00eb lideri dhe nuk luajm\u00eb nga llogoret e jemi gati t\u00eb japim edhe jet\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb vendosur se cili maskara do na qeveris\u00eb???<\/p>\n<p>Me pak fjal\u00eb kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb Demokracia q\u00eb ne menduam t\u00eb luftonim e luftojm\u00ebE dini se cfar\u00eb ndryshimi ka nga sistemi i m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm?\u00a0 Ndryshimi i par\u00eb dhe kryesor \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cFjala e lir\u00eb\u201d sigurisht, por cmund t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb un\u00eb me fjal\u00ebn e lir\u00eb? As jet\u00ebn time nuk e ndryshoj dot jo m\u00eb vendin. Plus q\u00eb ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb kjo liri fjale t\u00eb merr n\u00eb qaf\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb popull q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebsuar tu thuash vet\u00ebm g\u00ebnjeshtra!
