N\u00eb fakt, njoftimi ishte mjaft i vonuar, ishte pik\u00ebrisht m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 6 minuta pasi kishin hyr\u00eb n\u00eb aeroport, kishin grabitur dhe u larguan t\u00eb qet\u00eb n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e djatht\u00eb t\u00eb aeroportit.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebto t\u00eb dh\u00ebna raportohen pas ngjarjes n\u00eb prokurori mbi veprimet e policis\u00eb, t\u00eb ICTS dhe t\u00eb TIA-s, pas or\u00ebs 14.57, at\u00ebher\u00eb kur n\u00eb kamerat e siguris\u00eb shfaqet furgoni i grabit\u00ebsve n\u00eb port\u00ebn e zjarrfik\u00ebsve. Por, pavar\u00ebsisht k\u00ebtij fakti, askush nuk ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb alarmin. N\u00eb or\u00ebn 14.59 minuta e 30 sekonda grabit\u00ebsit gjendeshin n\u00eb pist\u00eb dhe nisin rr\u00ebmbimin e thas\u00ebve brenda t\u00eb cil\u00ebve m\u00eb n\u00eb fund u konfirmua zyrtarisht se jan\u00eb grabitur 5.7 milion\u00eb euro.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb or\u00ebn 14:59:20, forcat e Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Rinasit gjendeshin n\u00eb pist\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb prej andej personat e deportuar nga jasht\u00eb vendit. Pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn vendq\u00ebndrim, n\u00eb nj\u00eb avion tjet\u00ebr sapo kishin mb\u00ebrritur edhe grabit\u00ebsit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt po kryenin rr\u00ebmbimin e armatosur t\u00eb vlerave monetare. Por, efektiv\u00ebt e Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Rinasit nuk i kishte njoftuar asnj\u00eb, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb ata nuk kishin fush\u00ebpamje p\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00eb po ndodhte disa metra m\u00eb tej.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebto jan\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e raportit sekret q\u00eb evidentojn\u00eb minut\u00eb pas minute se \u00e7far\u00eb ndodhi n\u00eb dat\u00ebn 9 prill. Nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb port\u00eb ishte e dislokuar FNSH-ja, ende pa u larguar grabit\u00ebsit nga pista thuhet m\u00eb tej, Forcat e Nd\u00ebrhyrjes s\u00eb Shpejt\u00eb kan\u00eb tentuar dhe kan\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar q\u00eb kjo port\u00eb t\u00eb hapet, por di\u00e7ka e till\u00eb nuk ka ndodhur pasi punonj\u00ebsit e ICTS kan\u00eb refuzuar futjen e FNSH-s\u00eb n\u00eb pist\u00eb. Di\u00e7ka e till\u00eb do t\u00eb sillte kapjen n\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb grabit\u00ebsve.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb raport radhiten si problematike pamjaftueshm\u00ebria e patrullave brenda rrethimit nga ICTS, cil\u00ebsia e rrethimit t\u00eb aeroportit dhe komunikimi i cunguar, mungesa e kamerave p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqes, por edhe fakti q\u00eb TIA ka d\u00ebshtuar vazhdimisht n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha testet e fshehta t\u00eb siguris\u00eb t\u00eb zhvilluara.<\/p>\n
