Prej koh\u00ebsh kam shkruar q\u00eb disa an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb KPK-s\u00eb ose th\u00ebn\u00eb ndryshe \u201cVetingut\u201d nuk e meritonin vendin ku jan\u00eb! Qoft\u00eb p\u00ebr lidhjet me politik\u00ebn, kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb hetuar p\u00ebr vepra t\u00eb ndryshme penale, kan\u00eb probleme me pasurit\u00eb, lidhje me krimin etj etj!<\/p>\n

Por ve\u00e7 k\u00ebtyre, kam shkruar edhe p\u00ebr mos standardizimin e vendimarrjes s\u00eb tyre! Pasi kam konstatuar se disa trupa gjyq\u00ebsore t\u00eb KPK-s\u00eb po gjykojn\u00eb me disa standarde duke ia kaluar edhe ish-gjyqtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Lart\u00eb dikur, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb kishin tre vendime t\u00eb ndryshme (praktika) duke b\u00ebr\u00eb l\u00ebmsh gjyqtar\u00ebt e Apelit apo Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb!<\/p>\n

At\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebto vendimet e Gjykates s\u00eb Lart\u00eb, koleg\u00ebt e tyre e jurist\u00ebt thoshin q\u00eb vendimarrja ishte bazuar nga fakti se kush paguante m\u00eb shum\u00eb, d.m.th \u00e7\u00ebshtje pazari!! Por tani \u00e7far\u00eb duhet t\u00eb mendojm\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebto vendimet e \u201cVetingsave\u201d q\u00eb edhe pse konstatojn\u00eb shkelje i konfirmojn\u00eb n\u00eb detyr\u00eb?!!! E disa t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, ndon\u00ebse edhe me shkelje m\u00eb t\u00eb vogla i kan\u00eb shkarkuar!!<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr k\u00ebto e detaje t\u00eb tjera dhe \u00e7do dit\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb, po m\u00eb mbushet mendja se disa prej k\u00ebtyre \u201cvetingsave\u201d vendimarrjen e kan\u00eb t\u00eb dyshimt\u00eb, p\u00ebr interesa personale, t\u00eb njohjeve apo edhe konjukturave politike!!<\/p>\n

Ja disa nga vendimet e konfirmimit t\u00eb prokuror\u00ebve e gjyqtar\u00ebve por q\u00eb kan\u00eb pas shkelje dhe jane ankimuar nga Komisioneri Publik ose institucioni i v\u00ebzhguesve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare si\u00e7 njihet ONM-ja, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar shkarkimin n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e par\u00eb ose m\u00eb pas kan\u00eb ankimuar vendimet!<\/p>\n

Por si\u00e7 duket an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e KPK-se nuk po ia \u201cfishk\u00ebllejn\u00eb\u201d shum\u00eb k\u00ebtij p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit t\u00eb ONM-s\u00eb n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb gjykimit! E kur shoh rastet (q\u00eb rendita m\u00eb posht\u00eb), t\u00eb them t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn m\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb shije t\u00eb keqe dhe q\u00eb mendoj se ky proces nuk po arrin t\u00eb m\u00eb bind\u00eb se reforma po funksionon!<\/p>\n

Ndoshta n\u00eb dit\u00ebt n\u00eb vazhdim \u201cvetingsat\u201d do t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb eksperienc\u00eb e do t\u00eb reflektojn\u00eb n\u00eb vendimarrjet e tyre p\u00ebr t\u2019i standardizuar k\u00ebto vendime, por dyshoj se do t\u00eb arrihet n\u00eb nj\u00eb praktik\u00eb t\u00eb unifikuar!!!<\/p>\n
