Ministrja deklaron se\u00a0reagimi i koncesionarit kinez tregon jo vet\u00ebm pap\u00ebrgjegjshm\u00ebri, po dhe mosperceptim t\u00eb demit q\u00eb ka shkaktuar p\u00ebr vendin.<\/p>\n

Q\u00eb sot t\u00eb na kujtohet nga kjo kompani \u2013 e cila u keqsh\u00ebrben shqiptar\u00ebve me \u00e7mimet m\u00eb t\u00eb kripura n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb, n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb kontrate t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr abuzive koncesionare \u2013 se aeroporti \u00ebsht\u00eb i t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb vet\u00ebm un\u00eb si ministre marr \u00e7do dit\u00eb mesazhe qytetar\u00ebsh t\u00eb pak\u00ebnaqur p\u00ebr flamujt kinez\u00eb q\u00eb val\u00ebviten sikur jemi n\u00eb Pekin, ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb kulm revoltues cinizmi!<\/p>\n

Cilat masa sigurie ka p\u00ebrmbushur kompania kineze? Sa her\u00eb ka pasur thyerje t\u00eb rrethimit t\u00eb aeroportit? Sa her\u00eb ka d\u00ebshtuar siguria private q\u00eb koncesionari ka kontraktuar p\u00ebr garantimin e siguris\u00eb s\u00eb aeroportit gjat\u00eb testeve t\u00eb ushtruara nga AAC?<\/p>\n

Do t\u00eb kishte qen\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushje t\u00eb detyrimeve koncesionare, por dhe t\u00eb k\u00ebrkesave specifike t\u00eb aneksit 17 t\u00eb ICAO, q\u00eb kompania t\u00eb kishte investuar n\u00eb rrethimin e territorit aeroportual, ashtu si\u00e7 dhe i \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar disa her\u00eb zyrtarisht nga organet mbik\u00ebqyr\u00ebse, por jo! Ajo ka preferuar t\u00eb shtoj\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat p\u00ebr parkingje sepse ato gjenerojn\u00eb t\u00eb ardhura p\u00ebr koncesionin dhe jo t\u00eb investoj\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushje t\u00eb kushteve t\u00eb siguris\u00eb s\u00eb aeroportit.<\/p>\n

Para nj\u00eb viti, nj\u00eb djal\u00eb q\u00eb vinte p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb nga Puka, arriti t\u00eb gjendej n\u00eb shkallet e avionit me nj\u00eb pal\u00eb pinca n\u00eb dor\u00eb, pasi rrethimi n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn me t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb tij ishte dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb ende sot totalisht jasht\u00eb parametrave t\u00eb siguris\u00eb q\u00eb diktohen n\u00eb aviacion. T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebrkesat e ankesat e autoriteteve shqiptare kan\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb vesh t\u00eb shurdh\u00ebr!
\nAutoriteti ka evidentuar problematiken dhe e ka v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dijeni vijim\u00ebsisht koncesionarin p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb masat e k\u00ebrkuara, por jo! Koncesionari ka b\u00ebr\u00eb ndonj\u00eb gj\u00eb pjes\u00ebrisht dhe ka vazhduar t\u00eb mbledh\u00eb fitimet pa u shqet\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr detyrimet.<\/p>\n

Ne kemi besuar tek dialogu e mir\u00ebkuptimi dhe nuk kemi dashur t\u00eb krijojm\u00eb kosto t\u00eb asnj\u00eb natyre me veprime ekstreme. Tani boll.
