Pa\u00e7ka m\u00ebrzitis\u00eb, trishtimit t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs son\u00eb dhe anarkis\u00eb s\u00eb ideve, ne shqiptar\u00ebt i bashkon ideja e madhe e origjin\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt humbur thell\u00eb n\u00eb histori prej vjet\u00ebrsis\u00eb, t\u00eb nj\u00eb populli v\u00ebrtet\u00eb me shum\u00eb halle dhe probleme mbijetese, vet\u00ebdija e qen\u00ebsis\u00eb son\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrfshirja n\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb problemet e saj.<\/p>\n

Ka nj\u00eb sens q\u00eb e kap publikun vazhdimisht, sipas t\u00eb cilit shqiptari i demokracis\u00eb e mendon shtetin ose si pjes\u00eb e shpurave t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Socialiste o asaj Demokratike. Q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb: vendi pret zgjidhjet nga konjukturat e administratave q\u00eb dalin prej tabor\u00ebve t\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebs apo tjetr\u00ebs parti. Pik\u00ebrisht kjo zgjidhje b\u00ebn q\u00eb t\u00eb mos i kemi si duhet funksionet e nj\u00eb shteti modern, ashtu si\u00e7 n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb duhet ta ket\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet q\u00eb m\u00ebton t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb vend n\u00eb familjen e madhe evropiane.<\/p>\n

Shteti duhet t\u2019u ofroj\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb vet jo thjesht sh\u00ebrbimet q\u00eb ka detyr\u00eb t\u2019i realizoj\u00eb dhe ua ka premtuar, por edhe t\u2019u tregoj\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb af\u00ebrt\u00ebn e asaj t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ka marr\u00eb p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr t\u00eb realizoj\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Shteti duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb arbit\u00ebr q\u00eb i kalon pal\u00ebt dhe i cili zbaton parimin e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb te qytetar\u00ebt e vet. Ai duhet t\u00eb respektoj\u00eb n\u00eb themel marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet e pron\u00ebs, prodhimit, sh\u00ebrbimit e t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto t\u00eb dij\u00eb t\u2019i harmonizoj\u00eb me ligj. Sa m\u00eb t\u00eb rregullta dhe t\u00eb drejta t\u00eb jen\u00eb ligjet aq m\u00eb e ndershme \u00ebsht\u00eb veprimtaria e gjithanshme e jet\u00ebs politike-ekonomiko-sociale.<\/p>\n

N\u00ebse Drejt\u00ebsia po besohet se do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet me kalimin e koh\u00ebs, pa\u00e7ka se pengesat jan\u00eb bash t\u00eb m\u00ebdha; shteti yn\u00eb i deritanish\u00ebm mb\u00ebshtetur mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb lloj ekonomie t\u00eb munguar t\u00eb tregut mund t\u00eb konsiderohet si i d\u00ebshtuar. Prona jo vet\u00ebm nuk ka shkuar te i Zoti por \u00ebsht\u00eb transformuar friksh\u00ebm, ashtu si kontrata sociale nuk funksion fare. Shteti yn\u00eb mbron \u201ct\u00eb fortin\u201d kundrejt \u201ct\u00eb dob\u00ebtit\u201d, i cili mundohet t\u00eb zgjidh\u00eb shum\u00eb problematika dhe t\u00eb inkurajohet pabarazia.<\/p>\n

Gati t\u00eb 110 vjet\u00ebt e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, po na m\u00ebsojn\u00eb se shqiptari e ka t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj shtet funksional.
