Ai tha se pala serbe dhe OKB-ja nuk e kan\u00eb pranuar Kosov\u00ebn n\u00eb tryez\u00eb me t\u00eb drejta t\u00eb plota, por sipas tij, protokolli q\u00eb ka diktuar OKB caktonte se shteti i Kosov\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb ishte e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar nga sigla e UNMIK-ut.<\/p>\n<p>Ministri kosovar pohoi se n\u00eb rast se flitet p\u00ebr samit klime n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor, nuk ka asnj\u00eb kuptim q\u00eb shteti i Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb jet\u00eb i p\u00ebrjashtuar nga ky event. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, ministri i Mjedisit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Blendi Klosi tha se e gjitha ajo q\u00eb ndodhi n\u00eb samit, kishte t\u00eb b\u00ebnte me protokollin q\u00eb ka caktuar Organizata e Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAjo q\u00eb ka ndodhur sot ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me rregulla strikte t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuara nga Kombet e Bashkuara, q\u00eb Kosova t\u00eb jet\u00eb e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar nga sigla e UNMIK-ut, gj\u00eb e cila p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb e papranueshme dhe nuk do t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb m\u00eb. Ne e kemi shfryt\u00ebzuar k\u00ebt\u00eb takim q\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje nga donator\u00ebt e fuqish\u00ebm.\u00a0 Ne do t\u00eb vijojm\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb bilaterale me donator\u00ebt t\u00eb bisedojm\u00eb dhe t\u00eb paraqesim projekte konkrete p\u00ebr mjedisin\u201d, tha Matoshi.<\/p>\n<div id=\"sovrn\" class=\"desktop_ad ad_bottom_space\">\n<div id=\"onetag-wrapper-3\" class=\"sovrn-onetag-ad\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2><strong>Pjes\u00eb nga deklaratat e tyre:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Klosi:<\/strong>\u00a0 Sa i takon aktiviteti \u00ebsht\u00eb takim i organizuar nga OKB. Ne do t\u00eb vijojm\u00eb diskutimet biletarelae me ministrat e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb rajonit. Konferenca do t\u00eb diskutoj\u00eb p\u00ebr problematika q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me vendet e rajonit. Grupet tona po vijojn\u00eb diskutimin. Kosova e ka grupin dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e saj.\u00a0Mendoj se p\u00ebr post debatit, q\u00eb ju keni qejf gjithmon\u00eb t\u00eb ndiqni. Kishim nj\u00eb dakord\u00ebsi edhe me OKB dhe Serbin\u00eb, ajo q\u00eb nuk u pranua ishte prezenca e Kosov\u00ebs me t\u00eb drejta t\u00eb plota si fol\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<div id=\"videoad\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>Matoshi:<\/strong>\u00a0Nuk kam biseduar me pal\u00ebn serbe. Jemi k\u00ebtu q\u00eb dje dhe jemi prit shum\u00eb mir\u00eb. Ka qen\u00eb takim ministrash dhe dark\u00eb e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt dhe kemi biseduar se problemet duhet t\u00eb zgjidhen s\u00eb bashku. N\u00eb rast se flasim p\u00ebr Ballkanin, aty duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb edhe Kosova.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Klosi:<\/strong>\u00a0Ne jemi n\u00eb takime t\u00eb vazhdueshme.
