Ishte \u00c7adra e famshme e opozit\u00ebs q\u00eb do t\u00eb bllokonte hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn q\u00ebndrore t\u00eb Tran\u00ebs p\u00ebr plot 100 dit\u00eb dhe q\u00eb do t\u00eb mbyllej me shpejt\u00ebsi, si\u00e7 edhe u hap, pasi Rama e Basha arrit\u00ebn marr\u00ebveshjen e 17 majit.<\/p>\n<p>Ka nj\u00eb analogji t\u00eb konsiderueshme mes atij momenti t\u00eb skajsh\u00ebm p\u00ebrballjeje n\u00eb prag t\u00eb zgjedhjeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb atij viti dhe kriz\u00ebs aktuale, e cila mbivendoset, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn n\u00eb planin kohor, me aventur\u00ebn e \u00c7adr\u00ebs. Edhe tani, si at\u00ebhere, n\u00eb horizont ishin zgjedhjet. Me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb skeptik\u00ebt v\u00ebrejn\u00eb se k\u00ebt\u00eb rradh\u00eb situata \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e komplikuar, pasi gjat\u00eb \u00c7adr\u00ebs opozita v\u00ebrtet\u00eb la parlamentin, por me mandatet n\u00eb xhep. Pra, m\u00eb shum\u00eb sesa nj\u00eb braktisje definitive e sistemit, \u00c7adra ishte nj\u00eb bojkot ndaj tij.<\/p>\n<p>Sot \u201cekipi\u201d i par\u00eb parlamentar i opozit\u00ebs ka hedhur \u00e7el\u00ebsin nga dritarja dhe i \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb protest\u00ebs pa asnj\u00eb pik\u00eb referimi, apo propozim kompromisi. Edhe at\u00ebhere, si sot, k\u00ebrkoheshin garanci p\u00ebr hyrjen n\u00eb zgjedhje, duke u fokusuar tek frika e vjedhjes apo sugjestionimit t\u00eb vot\u00ebs. N\u00eb t\u00eb dyja rastet n\u00eb horizont q\u00ebndronin zgjedhjet, por tani, n\u00eb ndryshim nga dy vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb, ka edhe nj\u00eb detaj jo kaq t\u00eb par\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm: n\u00eb miratim e sip\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb SPAK dhe strukturat e tjera t\u00eb reform\u00ebs n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi, t\u00eb cilat shum\u00ebkush i sheh si nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr arsyet e sjelljes s\u00eb ashp\u00ebr opozitare.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkonim megjithat\u00eb nj\u00eb analogji m\u00eb t\u00eb prekshme mes dy protestave t\u00eb PD, ndoshta k\u00ebt\u00eb do ta gjenim n\u00eb kalkulimin e kujdessh\u00ebm nga ana e opozit\u00ebs, t\u00eb p\u00ebrplasjes me qeverin\u00eb, dhe n\u00eb vendosjen e val\u00ebs s\u00eb protestave n\u00eb koh\u00eb dhe n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb, sipas nj\u00eb kalendari q\u00eb n\u00eb fund t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs ka n\u00eb t\u00eb dyja rastet, nj\u00eb dit\u00eb votimi.<\/p>\n<p>Ashtu si n\u00eb 2017, edhe k\u00ebt\u00eb rradh\u00eb, kur kriza e mandateve ndodhet n\u00eb muajin \u00a0e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb saj, zgjidhja duke larg. Madje nuk duket fare. Basha thot\u00eb se Rama duhet t\u00eb ik\u00eb nga qeveria, pik\u00ebrisht si dy vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb, kur ftonte p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebsit e tij t\u00eb q\u00ebllonin me grusht n\u00eb fytyr\u00eb qeveritar\u00ebt, t\u2019u thyenin xhamat etjetj. Gjuha sot \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e pasur, akuzat gjithashtu, por n\u00eb esenc\u00eb, n\u00ebse marrim t\u00eb mir\u00ebqen\u00eb faktin se kjo p\u00ebrplasje ka p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb e gjat\u00eb, ndodhemi ende larg pik\u00ebs s\u00eb zgjidhjes. K\u00ebshtu na kan\u00eb m\u00ebsuar krizat shqiptare, t\u00eb cilat shpesh kan\u00eb marr\u00eb zjarr shpejt dhe nga hi\u00e7i, por jan\u00eb zgjidhur ngadal\u00eb e me shum\u00eb harxhim energjish. K\u00ebshtu na m\u00ebson edhe \u00c7adra, ku p\u00ebr jav\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebra nuk ndodhi asgj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr momentin kriza shqiptare nuk p\u00ebrb\u00ebn lajm jasht\u00eb kufijve shqiptar\u00eb. Europa \u00ebsht\u00eb e z\u00ebn\u00eb me Brexit dhe zgjedhjet q\u00eb po afrojn\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb votimet shqiptare jan\u00eb n\u00eb fund t\u00eb qershorit dhe p\u00ebr momentin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt mjaftohen t\u00eb flasin me goj\u00ebn e ambasadave t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Ndodhemi pra virtualisht n\u00eb rrafshin kohor, n\u00eb muajin \u201ce dyt\u00eb\u201d t\u00eb \u00c7adr\u00ebs, kur demokrat\u00ebt mblidheshin darkave e shanin qeverin\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkuar m\u00eb pas secilin n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e vet.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk jemi ende n\u00eb \u201ckoh\u00ebn shtes\u00eb\u201d t\u00eb kriz\u00ebs, atehere kur afatet zgjedhore afrohen dhe kur nisen e vijn\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebrguarit e nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsit euro-amerikan\u00eb, q\u00eb zakonisht ashp\u00ebrsojn\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn, nxjerrin ndonj\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnim me goje apo me shkrim nga m\u00ebnga dhe i detyrojn\u00eb pal\u00ebt t\u00eb b\u00ebhen serioz\u00eb dhe t\u2019i th\u00ebrrasin mendjes. K\u00ebt\u00eb kriz\u00eb do ta zgjidhin vet\u00ebm t\u00eb huajt. Kurdo qoft\u00eb dhe \u00e7far\u00ebdo \u00e7mimi q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb akumuluar.<\/p>\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb n\u00eb ndryshim nga \u00c7adra, k\u00ebshtu si\u00e7 i ka pleksur pun\u00ebt k\u00ebsaj rradhe Lulzim Basha, v\u00ebshtir\u00eb se do ket\u00eb ndonj\u00eb \u00e7edim nga t\u00eb huajt, p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon. Askush n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb dhe SHBA nuk duket i tunduar nga djegia ultimative e mandateve dhe braktisja e sistemit, pasi askush nuk e do k\u00ebt\u00eb precedent n\u00eb kujtes\u00ebn e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb Ballkanit dhe t\u00eb kontinentit t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Sfida e rradh\u00ebs e ka emrin \u201czgjedhje lokale\u201d. Nj\u00eb takim ku socialist\u00ebt betohen se do t\u00eb shkojn\u00eb me ose pa opozit\u00ebn, por q\u00eb kjo e fundit k\u00ebrkon ta shp\u00ebrfill\u00eb, e t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb sikur nuk e shikon. K\u00ebshtu ndodhte edhe n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e \u00c7adr\u00ebs, kur Basha betohej se s\u2019do t\u00eb kishte zgjedhje n\u00eb ver\u00eb\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Aktualisht opozita k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb nj\u00eb paket\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb kompromisi, q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshij\u00eb qeverisjen q\u00ebndrore, m\u00eb par\u00eb sesa fatin e zgjedhjeve lokale. V\u00ebshtir\u00eb se di\u00e7ka e till\u00eb do t\u00eb aprovohet nga Rama dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt, t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb emergjenc\u00ebn e mbushjes s\u00eb vendeve bosh n\u00eb Kuvend dhe t\u00eb kryerjes s\u00eb zgjedhjeve administrative. Pra, t\u00eb vijim\u00ebsis\u00eb e normalitetit institucional. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb prioritetet e pal\u00ebve nuk p\u00ebrputhen askund, por me gjas\u00eb kjo do t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb me afrimin e dat\u00ebs s\u00eb zgjedhjeve.
