Deputet\u00ebt e pozit\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs kan\u00eb shprehur keqardhje p\u00ebr t\u00eb mitur\u00ebn, e cila u dhunua fillimisht nga arsimtari i saj e pastaj edhe nga nj\u00eb polic hetues. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, deputetja nga radh\u00ebt e L\u00ebvizjes Vet\u00ebvendosje, Albulena Haxhiu, ka faj\u00ebsuar institucionet e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb vend. Sipas saj, institucionet n\u00eb vend kan\u00eb d\u00ebshtuar n\u00eb lidhje me rastin e t\u00eb mitur\u00ebs, shkruan Gazeta &#8220;Z\u00ebri&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00eb institucionet e Kosov\u00ebs jan\u00eb plot abuzues. N\u00eb institucione ka njer\u00ebz pa pik\u00eb ndjeshm\u00ebrie p\u00ebr dinjitetin e vajzave dhe t\u00eb grave. M\u00eb tragjikja e k\u00ebsaj historie \u00ebsht\u00eb se kush e di se sa raste ka t\u00eb tilla, por q\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e tyre nuk do t\u2019i kuptojm\u00eb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb, sepse nuk do t\u00eb flasin asnj\u00ebher\u00eb. Kjo ndodh p\u00ebr shkak se kur shkon n\u00eb Polici t\u00eb raportosh nj\u00eb dhunim dhunohesh seksualisht nga polici. Rasti i abuzimit t\u00eb 16-vje\u00e7ares \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshtimi i institucioneve t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb varg institucionesh tjera si ajo e arsimit, e Policis\u00eb dhe e sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ajo.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas Haxhiut, Qeveria nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb duke b\u00ebr\u00eb asgj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i mbrojtur grat\u00eb e vajzat nga raste t\u00eb tilla. \u201cLe t\u00eb na tregojn\u00eb ministrat se \u00e7far\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i mbrojtur grat\u00eb? Asnj\u00eb gj\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb ata. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb Qeveria me ministrat q\u00eb nuk b\u00ebn\u00eb asgj\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim. Institucionet e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb jen\u00eb vigjilente\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ajo, shkruan Gazeta &#8220;Z\u00ebri&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr deputetja e Alternativ\u00ebs, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, ka k\u00ebrkuar q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb deputet\u00ebt nga opozita dhe nga pozita t\u00eb b\u00ebhen bashk\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje me rastin e 16-vje\u00e7ares s\u00eb dhunuar n\u00eb Drenas. Ajo po ashtu ka k\u00ebrkuar nga ministri i Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Brendshme q\u00eb t\u2019i shkarkoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb komanduesit n\u00eb Stacionin Policor n\u00eb Drenas. \u201cSot p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb tem\u00eb nuk duhet t\u00eb jemi opozit\u00eb dhe pozit\u00eb. Sot duhet t\u00eb jemi nj\u00eb n\u00ebse e kuptojm\u00eb q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb fillojm\u00eb t\u00eb diskutojm\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr normat shoq\u00ebrore hapur. N\u00eb vendet si Kosova abuzimi duket q\u00eb shprehet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb eg\u00ebr. Ky rast i 18-vje\u00e7ares nga Drenasi tregon edhe mekanizmin mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs nga familja. N\u00ebna e saj nuk ka pasur mekaniz\u00ebm n\u00eb ndihm\u00eb. I them ministrit t\u00eb Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Brendshme q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb shkarkohet i gjith\u00eb zinxhiri komandues i Stacionit t\u00eb Drenasit\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ajo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ymeri: Nuk nd\u00ebrtuam shtet q\u00eb i mbron grat\u00eb, por shtet q\u00eb i dhunon ato<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Deputeti i Partis\u00eb Socialdemokrate, Visar Ymeri, ka vler\u00ebsuar se shteti nuk po i mbron grat\u00eb, por po i dhunon ato. Sipas tij, shtypja gjinore n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb po vazhdon edhe m\u00eb tej, shkruan Gazeta &#8220;Z\u00ebri&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00cbsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb se p\u00ebr vajz\u00ebn nga Drenasi jemi tashm\u00eb shum\u00eb von\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim kemi d\u00ebshtuar nuk nd\u00ebrtuam shtet q\u00eb i mbron, po shtet q\u00eb i dhunon. Kemi m\u00ebsuesin, policin dhe mjekun t\u00eb cil\u00ebt n\u00eb sinkroni keqp\u00ebrdor\u00ebn pozit\u00ebn zyrtare p\u00ebr t\u2019u angazhuar n\u00eb p\u00ebrdhunim sistematik t\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb miture. K\u00ebta kan\u00eb pasur edhe nj\u00eb autoritet tjet\u00ebr, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe autoriteti shoq\u00ebror e ai \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb qenit burr\u00eb\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ai.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa deputeti nga radh\u00ebt e Lidhjes Demokratike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Arban Abrashi, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se viktima e k\u00ebtij rasti nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00eb. Sipas tij, rastet t\u00eb tilla duhet t\u00eb trajtohen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Isufi: Kriminel\u00ebt t\u00eb marrin d\u00ebnimin maksimal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Shefi i Grupit Parlamentar i Aleanc\u00ebs p\u00ebr Ardhm\u00ebrin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs (AAK), Ahmet Isufi, ka k\u00ebrkuar q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb personat t\u00eb cil\u00ebt dhunojn\u00eb vajzat ose grat\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebnohen me d\u00ebnimet maksimale. Si deputet\u00eb ne kemi obligim q\u00eb t\u00eb japim ide p\u00ebr zgjidhje konkrete t\u00eb cilat mund\u00ebsojn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos ndodhin veprime t\u00eb tilla n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb ton\u00eb. Ne duhet t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb nga institucionet edukativo-arsimore t\u00eb shtohet kujdesi. Ai u ka b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje autoriteteve t\u00eb vendit q\u00eb t\u2019i marrin veprimet e duhura q\u00eb rasti i t\u00eb mitur\u00ebs t\u00eb zbardhet. \u201c\u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb ngjarje shum\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00eb dhe patjet\u00ebr se duhet t\u00eb shprehim indinjat\u00ebn ton\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje me abuzimin seksual t\u00eb nj\u00eb vajze t\u00eb mitur n\u00eb Drenas. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast duhet t\u00eb shprehim keqardhje p\u00ebr vajz\u00ebn dhe p\u00ebr familjen e saj, p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha ato dhimbje, vuajtje e keqp\u00ebrdorime q\u00eb ka kaluar e mitura dhe familja e saj. Ne e d\u00ebnojm\u00eb me ashp\u00ebrsin\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe k\u00ebt\u00eb akt. Ne do t\u2019u b\u00ebjm\u00eb thirrje t\u00eb gjitha autoriteteve q\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrin t\u00eb gjitha veprimet e duhura me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb trajtimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij rasti me humanizmin m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb q\u00eb drejt\u00ebsia ta zbardh\u00eb rastin n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ai.<\/p>\n<p>Re\u00e7ica po ashtu k\u00ebrkoi t\u00eb punohet n\u00eb parandalimin e rasteve t\u00eb tilla. \u201cT\u00eb gjitha institucionet t\u00eb punojn\u00eb n\u00eb parandalimin e rasteve t\u00eb tilla.
