Presidenti nuk d\u00ebgjohet dhe nuk besoj se p\u00ebr \u00e7do gj\u00eb t\u00eb drejtohemi tek nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Un\u00eb do t\u00eb propozoja q\u00eb mund t\u00eb krijohet edhe nj\u00eb struktur\u00eb konsultative, ad-hoc.
