Ish-ligjv\u00ebn\u00ebs t\u00eb PD dhe t\u00eb LSI kan\u00eb v\u00ebrshuar n\u00eb dyert e gjykat\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar lek\u00ebt si deputet\u00eb p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn kur ata ishin t\u00eb mandatuar, por p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb vendimit t\u00eb grupit ishin n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie t\u00eb kusht\u00ebzuar (bojkot).<\/p>\n

Tirananews.al ka siguruar padit\u00eb e deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb PD dhe t\u00eb LSI ndaj Kuvendit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb ku k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb pagesat p\u00ebr 6 muaj muajt e bojkotit t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb parlamentit.<\/p>\n

Ata i jan\u00eb drejtuar Gjykat\u00ebs Administrative me q\u00ebllim marrjen e rrogave t\u00eb prapambetura.<\/p>\n

Nga dosja q\u00eb rezulton se ish-deputetja Valentina Duka k\u00ebrkon prej gjykat\u00ebs detyrimin e Kuvendit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019i paguaj\u00eb shum\u00ebn 187.090 lek\u00eb t\u00eb ndaluara sipas saj padrejt\u00ebsisht paga e deputeti p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn korrik 2018-janar 2019.<\/p>\n

Shezai Rrokaj, k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb Kuvendi ta paguaj\u00eb n\u00eb shum\u00ebn\u00a0 187.261 p\u00ebr po t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn periudh\u00eb. T\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gj\u00eb k\u00ebrkon edhe ish-deputetja Fatbardha Kadiu e cila ka p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb 192.582 lek\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrkaq, deputeti Luciano Bo\u00e7i k\u00ebrkon detyrimin e Kuvendit q\u00eb t\u2019i paguaj\u00eb shum\u00ebn 319.315,\u00a0 shum\u00ebn 107.141 leke\u00a0 dhe shum\u00ebn 187.090 lek\u00eb t\u00eb ndaluara sipas tij padrejt\u00ebsisht nga paga e deputetit. K\u00ebrkes\u00ebn ai e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn 01.07.2014- 01.01.2015, periudh\u00ebn 01.02.2017-01.06.2017 dhe p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn korrik 2018-janar 2019.<\/p>\n

Por n\u00eb list\u00ebn e deputet\u00ebve q\u00eb i jan\u00eb drejtuar Gjykat\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe Gert Bogdani, Oerd Bylykbashi dhe Edi Paloka.<\/p>\n
