Vitin e kaluar autoriteti hapi nj\u00eb hetim t\u00eb thelluar p\u00ebr koncesionin e kontrollit teknik t\u00eb automjeteve.<\/p>\n<p>Hetimi gjeti se kompania SGS kishte abuzuar me pozit\u00ebn monopol duke u vendosur qytetar\u00ebve kushte t\u00eb padrejta si dhe duke mos plot\u00ebsuar kushtet e kontrat\u00ebs koncesionare p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur numrin e sporteleve t\u00eb l\u00ebvizshme, t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb shmangin radh\u00ebt dhe pritjet e gjat\u00eb t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebto shkelje komisioni i konkurrenc\u00ebs vendosi ta gjobis\u00eb kompanin\u00eb me 5.7 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb xhiros p\u00ebr vitin paraardh\u00ebs q\u00eb n\u00eb vler\u00eb korrespondonte me 51 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb ose 410 mij\u00eb euro.<\/p>\n<p>SGS e paditi gjob\u00ebn n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Administrative t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs. Por pas procesit gjyq\u00ebsor, gjykata e e rr\u00ebzoi k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e kompanis\u00eb koncesionare duke e konsideruar si t\u00eb drejt\u00eb gjob\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Autoriteti i konkurrenc\u00ebs njoftoi se detyrimi prej 51 milion\u00eb lek\u00ebsh tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ekzekutuar dhe ka kaluar n\u00eb buxhetin e shtetit.
