N\u00eb sesionin e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb Kongresit t\u00eb PS, kjo forc\u00eb politike konfirmoi Erjon Veliajn p\u00ebr\u00a0 Bashkin\u00eb e Tiran\u00ebs n\u00eb zgjedhjet e 30 qershorit, i cili garon k\u00ebshtu p\u00ebr nj\u00eb mandat t\u00eb dyt\u00eb p\u00ebr Tiran\u00ebn. Veliaj e nisi fjal\u00ebn e tij me nj\u00eb fal\u00ebnderim p\u00ebr familjen e tij, nd\u00ebrsa si kryebashkiak i Tiran\u00ebs, zgjodhi t\u00eb flas\u00eb me fjal\u00ebt e tiranave \u201cKush na ka inot, kshu na paft\u00eb p\u00ebr not\u201d \u2013 tha Veliaj.<\/p>\n

Ky shesh ka emrin \u2018N\u00ebn\u00eb Tereza\u2019 dhe ajo thoshte \u2018b\u00ebjm\u00eb gj\u00ebra t\u00eb vogla me dashuri t\u00eb madhe\u2019, sic thot\u00eb N\u00ebn\u00eb Tereza ky qytet e ka njohur k\u00ebt\u00eb dashuri, kur Rama ishte kryetar i suksessh\u00ebm i Bashkis\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Vendosa t\u00eb kthehesha n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e k\u00ebtij ndryshimi.
