Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, komuniteti nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar ka b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje q\u00eb zgjedhjet lokale t\u00eb zhvillohen normalisht, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb kuptohet se, si n\u00eb 2017-\u00ebn, do t\u2019i njohin zgjedhjet, edhe n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se opozita i bojkoton ato.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb skenar t\u00eb till\u00eb, lind pyetja se kush do t\u00eb garoj\u00eb p\u00ebrball\u00eb kandidt\u00ebve socialist\u00eb p\u00ebr kryebashkiak\u00eb?<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Tiran\u00eb nj\u00eb kandidat i till\u00eb mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb Gjergj Bojaxhiu (i cili kandidoi si i pavarur m\u00eb 2015-\u00ebn), meq\u00eb ka qen\u00eb vazhdimisht kritik ndaj Erion Veliajt n\u00eb vitet e fundit. Kritikat e tij publike kan\u00eb shigjetuar kryesisht vendimet p\u00ebr stadiumin komb\u00ebtar, p\u00ebr teatrin komb\u00ebtar dhe p\u00ebr kullat e larta q\u00eb po nd\u00ebrtohen n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Por a do t\u00eb ishte Bojaxhiu nj\u00eb garues 5-p\u00ebrqind\u00ebsh (si her\u00ebn e fundit) n\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrballje dyshe me Veliajn?<\/p>\n<p>Nga nj\u00eb sondazh q\u00eb zhvillova kur Bojaxhiu shpalli kandidatur\u00ebn para kat\u00ebr vjet\u00ebsh, m\u00eb rezultoi n\u00eb kuot\u00ebn 20%. Por kur zhvillova nj\u00eb sondazh tjet\u00ebr 10 dit\u00eb para zgjedhjeve t\u00eb 2015-\u00ebs, k\u00ebsaj rradhe vet\u00ebm me t\u00eb anketuarit q\u00eb kishin deklaruar se do t\u00eb votonin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, m\u00eb rezultoi se \u00e7ereku i tyre ishin gati t\u00eb votonin p\u00ebr Bojaxhiun. Arsyeja p\u00ebrse tre\u00e7ereku nuk ishin gati t\u00eb votonin p\u00ebr t\u00eb e kishte emrin \u201cvot\u00eb e shkuar d\u00ebm\u201d. P\u00ebrkrah\u00ebsit e tij e kishin t\u00eb qart\u00eb se n\u00eb nj\u00eb gar\u00eb treshe Veliaj-Kosova-Bojaxhiu, ky i fundit nuk kishte asnj\u00eb shans p\u00ebr fitore.<\/p>\n<p>Por n\u00eb nj\u00eb gar\u00eb dyshe Veliaj-Bojaxhiu, gj\u00ebrat mund t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb. Veliaj mori 160 mij\u00eb vota m\u00eb 2015-\u00ebn, por duke patur brenda thesit t\u00eb tij elektoral edhe 40 mij\u00eb votat q\u00eb i solli LSI-ja (q\u00eb at\u00ebher\u00eb ishte n\u00eb koalicion me PS-n\u00eb). Nd\u00ebrsa Bojaxhiu mori vet\u00ebm 16 mij\u00eb vota, por 100 mij\u00eb votues tiranas nuk mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb n\u00eb votim, dhe 120 mij\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb votuan p\u00ebr Halim Kosov\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb klim\u00eb t\u00eb ashp\u00ebrsuar mes PS-s\u00eb dhe PD-s\u00eb, votuesit e zjarrt\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj t\u00eb fundit kuptohet q\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhje (n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se opozita i bojkoton ato), por votuesit e vak\u00ebt dhe 100 mij\u00eb mosvotuesit e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb fundit lokale mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb nj\u00eb rezervuar potencial p\u00ebr nj\u00eb kandidat t\u00eb pavarur si Bojaxhiu.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb qoft\u00eb se Bojaxhiu i futet nj\u00eb sfide t\u00eb till\u00eb, mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb konkurues vet\u00ebm n\u00ebse arrin t\u2019i bind\u00eb votues t\u00eb till\u00eb se ai nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb kandidat kukull n\u00eb gar\u00eb, vet\u00ebm sa p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb legjitimitet asaj. N\u00eb fakt, opozita dhe mediat e veta do t\u2019i bien fort trumbetave, p\u00ebr t\u00eb bindur elektoratin tiranas se Bojaxhiu \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht nj\u00eb kandidat i till\u00eb.
