K\u00ebshilli i Lart\u00eb i Prokuroris\u00eb (KLP) ka \u00e7elur gar\u00ebn p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e Prokurorit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, post q\u00eb mbahet aktualisht nga Prokurorja e P\u00ebrgjithshme e P\u00ebrkohshme, Arta Marku.<\/p>\n

KLP ka miratuar rregulloren mbi kriteret dhe procedur\u00ebn p\u00ebr p\u00ebrzgjedhjen e kandidat\u00ebve p\u00ebr Prokuror\u00eb t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm me nj\u00eb mandat kushtetues 7-vjecar.<\/p>\n

Sipas KLP, rregullorja parashikon 4 kriteret kryesore p\u00ebr vler\u00ebsimin e kandidat\u00ebve p\u00ebr prokuror t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm mes t\u00eb cil\u00ebve kriteri profesional, kriteri moral dhe i integritetit, vler\u00ebsimi organizativ dhe drejtues dhe elemente shtes\u00eb p\u00ebr vler\u00ebsim (p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00ebn akademike, tituj shkencor\u00eb).<\/p>\n

M\u00ebsohet se p\u00ebr postin e kryeprokurorit kan\u00eb shprehur interes p\u00ebr t\u00eb garuar disa prokuror\u00eb, madje dhe kryeprokurorja aktuale e p\u00ebrkohshme Arta Marku.<\/p>\n

M\u00ebsohet se p\u00ebrve\u00e7 kandidimit t\u00eb Arta Markut, prokuror\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb q\u00eb pritet t\u00eb garojn\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb post jan\u00eb Olsian \u00c7ela, Adnan Xholi dhe Plarent Ndreca.<\/p>\n

Brenda 2 jav\u00ebsh nga mbarimi i afatit t\u00eb shqyrtimit t\u00eb dosjeve do zhvillohet intervista me kandidatet t\u00eb kualifikuar.
