Disa dit\u00eb pas tragjedis\u00eb s\u00eb Addis Ababa \u00ebsht\u00eb pak e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u besuar por shifrat flasin qart\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 2018 jan\u00eb 556 personat q\u00eb kan\u00eb humbur jet\u00ebn n\u00eb fluturim. Rekordi i 2017-s, viti m\u00eb i sigurt n\u00eb histori me 44 viktima, p\u00ebr momentin mbetet ende n\u00eb fuqi: ishte hera e vetme q\u00eb nga paslufta q\u00eb viktimat ishin m\u00eb pak se 100. Nd\u00ebrsa incidentet kan\u00eb qen\u00eb 15, mesatarisht nj\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7do dy milion\u00eb e gjysm\u00eb fluturimesh.<\/p>\n<p>Pra sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave, aksidentet ajrore jan\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb e n\u00eb zbritje. Viti 2018 ishte viti i tet\u00eb m\u00eb i mir\u00eb n\u00eb histori p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket viktimave t\u00eb aksidenteve ajrore: \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb se n\u00eb terma absolute t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebqija q\u00eb nga 2014, \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn linj\u00eb me 2008-n, kur viktimat ishin 552, por duhet llogaritur dhe fakti se numri i fluturimeve \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur ndjesh\u00ebm. N\u00ebse numri i aksidenteve ajrore do t\u00eb kishte qen\u00eb i nj\u00ebjt\u00eb me at\u00eb t\u00eb 10 viteve m\u00eb par\u00eb, vitin e kaluar do t\u00eb kishte pasur 39 aksidente vdekjeprur\u00ebse. Duke marr\u00eb si baz\u00eb p\u00ebr krahasim vitin 2000 do t\u00eb kishin qen\u00eb 64. K\u00ebto t\u00eb dh\u00ebna tregojn\u00eb progresin e madh p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket siguris\u00eb n\u00eb dy dekadat e fundit. Sipas rrjetit p\u00ebr sigurin\u00eb e aviacionit, n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn 1946 \u2013 2018 aksidentet ajrore kan\u00eb qen\u00eb 3205, me nj\u00eb bilanc prej 83 mij\u00eb viktimash.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e deritanishme kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me fluturimet tregtare, pra avion\u00eb q\u00eb transportojn\u00eb pasagjer\u00eb dhe mallra. Por gjithsesi t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e k\u00ebtij uebsajti mbeten t\u00eb pjesshme pasi merren n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb vet\u00ebm fluturimet e linjave dhe jo charter-at: ndryshimi mes dy tipologjive q\u00ebndron n\u00eb programacionin q\u00eb n\u00eb rastin e fluturimeve t\u00eb linj\u00ebs, merr n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb trajektoren e p\u00ebrshkruar me nj\u00eb lloj rregullsie dhe frekuence. Nga viti 1946 deri n\u00eb 2018-n, vet\u00ebm tet\u00eb her\u00eb bilanci i viktimave ka qen\u00eb m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00eb nd\u00ebr fluturimet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. N\u00eb vitin 2018, p\u00ebr shembull, kan\u00eb humbur jet\u00ebn rreth 370 persona, 257 prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve n\u00eb tragjedin\u00eb n\u00eb Bufarik, Algjeri, kur nj\u00eb avion ushtarak mori flak\u00eb dhe u rr\u00ebzua.<\/p>\n<p>Momenti m\u00eb kritik, gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb fluturimi \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitja p\u00ebr ulje n\u00eb pist\u00eb. 32% e vdekjeve n\u00eb bord ndodhin n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb faz\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr, rreth 3 p\u00ebr qind n\u00eb rastin e nj\u00eb fluturimi prej nj\u00eb or\u00eb e gjysm\u00eb para uljes, kur avioni \u00ebsht\u00eb rreshtuar n\u00eb pist\u00eb. I mbledhur me 12 p\u00ebr qind n\u00eb momentin e kontaktit t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb me pist\u00ebn, pothuajse nj\u00eb viktim\u00eb n\u00eb dy humb jet\u00ebn n\u00eb momentet e fundit t\u00eb fluturimit. M\u00eb pak e mundur \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb nj\u00eb aksident t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb gjat\u00eb fluturimit, duke p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb vet\u00ebm 23 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb rasteve. Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave, Shtetet e Bashkuara t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs mbajn\u00eb rekordin p\u00ebr numrin m\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb viktimave, m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 10.700 persona q\u00eb nga viti 1945 e deri m\u00eb sot duke marr\u00eb n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb vet\u00ebm fluturimet civile. Por nd\u00ebr vendet e tjera q\u00eb kan\u00eb rekorde t\u00eb tilla tragjike \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe Rusia me 8404 viktima dhe Brazili me 2728.<\/p>\n<p>Tragjedia ajrore n\u00eb Etiopi me nj\u00eb avion t\u00eb \u201cEthiopian Airline\u201d, i cili u rr\u00ebzua vet\u00ebm gjasht\u00eb minuta pas ngritjes nga pista, q\u00eb i shtohet tragjedis\u00eb s\u00eb ndodhur n\u00eb N\u00ebntor t\u00eb 2018-s nj\u00eb avioni t\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit lloj t\u00eb kompanis\u00eb indoneziane \u201cLion Air\u201d, ndryshon iden\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjithshme se ky lloj avioni \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i sigurti. Nga t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e para u b\u00eb e ditur se t\u00eb dy tragjedit\u00eb kishin shum\u00eb elemente t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta. M\u00eb shum\u00eb se 100 p\u00ebrdoren nga kompani kineze. Duke p\u00ebrmendur k\u00ebtu faktin se n\u00eb vitin 2016 ndodh\u00ebn 16 aksidente dhe 303 viktima.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas k\u00ebtyre shifrave, avioni rezulton t\u00eb jet\u00eb mjeti m\u00eb i sigurt\u00eb i transportit. Mund\u00ebsia p\u00ebr t\u00eb humbur jet\u00ebn n\u00eb fluturim \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebraf\u00ebrsisht 1 n\u00eb 16 milion\u00eb. Incidenti m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2017 ishte ai n\u00eb Kosta Rika n\u00eb 31 Dhjetor, duke shkaktuar 12 viktima, n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb q\u00eb gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti jan\u00eb kryer 36.8 milion\u00eb fluturime. Incidentet vdekjeprur\u00ebse kan\u00eb qen\u00eb nj\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7do 7.36 milion\u00eb fluturime. N\u00ebse statistikat do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshinin dhe fluturimet ushtarake dhe ato jo tregtare, numri i viktimave do t\u00eb ishte 230 p\u00ebr nj\u00eb total prej 24 incidentesh.
