\u2018News 24\u2019 sot publikoi vendimi p\u00ebr d\u00ebnimin e tij, i cili mban dat\u00ebn 18 N\u00ebntor 2008 dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb nga Gjykata e Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Kor\u00e7\u00eb. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ka reaguar, deputeti Ylli Shehu, i cili shprehet se e priste k\u00ebt\u00eb sh\u00ebnjest\u00ebr nga partia q\u00eb b\u00ebri fushat\u00eb n\u00eb 2017.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb reagim, Shehu pohon se \u00ebsht\u00eb i gatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunuar me Prokurorin\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa pretendimet e fundit, i quan thjesht presione ndaj tij dhe ndaj koleg\u00ebve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos marr\u00eb mandatin e deputetit. Ai rikujton se ka qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e deputet\u00ebve dhe \u00a0ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb vot\u00ebn n\u00eb Kuvend p\u00ebr ligjin e dekrimninalizimit t\u00eb politik\u00ebs, i cili u votua n\u00eb vitin 2015.<\/p>\n

Nuk kam asnj\u00eb dyshim q\u00eb prej dit\u00ebs kur vendosa t\u00eb marr mandatin e deputetit, do t\u00eb kthehesha n\u00eb sh\u00ebnjest\u00ebr t\u00eb sulmit t\u00eb partis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn un\u00eb b\u00ebra fushat\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2017. Por dua t\u2019ua b\u00ebj t\u00eb qart\u00eb q\u00eb un\u00eb kam qen\u00eb n\u00eb Parlament n\u00eb vitin 2015 kur e kam votuar Ligjin p\u00ebr Dekriminalizimin dhe e di fare mir\u00eb kush jan\u00eb detyrimet e mija si subjekt deklarues dhe se dekriminalizimi ka n\u00eb thelb d\u00ebnimet me burg, jo gjobat.<\/p>\n

\u00c7do kush e kupton se po t\u00eb kisha deklaruar nj\u00eb gjob\u00eb administrative, nuk rrezikoja asgj\u00eb, pasi d\u00ebnimi nuk hyn n\u00eb kategorin\u00eb e veprave q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb kushte p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos u zgjedhur.<\/p>\n
