T\u00eb arrestuarit sipas burimeve pran\u00eb prokuroris\u00eb jan\u00eb arrestuar pas nj\u00eb denoncimi t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nga ish-prefekti i qarkut Shkod\u00ebr Paulin Radovani si dhe ish-k\u00ebshilltar n\u00eb k\u00ebshillin bashkiak t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Paulin Radovani ishte p\u00ebr shum\u00eb vite me radh\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb biznesmen i njohur n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebs n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e fasoneris\u00eb. N\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebto vite erdhi duke p\u00ebrforcuar biznesin e tij derisa prej 2-3 vitesh nisi nj\u00eb histori e paparashikuar. N\u00eb nj\u00eb moment ish-prefekti edhe \u00ebsht\u00eb goditur teksa ka qen\u00eb duke shkuar n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e tij nd\u00ebrsa m\u00ebsohet se ka dy urdh\u00ebra mbrojtjeje nga gjykata pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre problemeve.
\nBesnik Barbullushi, nj\u00eb em\u00ebr i njohur n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr pak koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb u vet\u00ebvar dhe kjo ngjarje dyshohet se ka ndodhur pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nj\u00eb borxhi t\u00eb madh q\u00eb i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb familjes Radovani dhe duke ditur pamund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i marr\u00eb mbrapsht ato para \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebvarur.<\/p>\n

I ndodhur mes k\u00ebtyre problemeve n\u00eb nj\u00eb moment Paulin Radovani ka vendosur q\u00eb t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb n\u00eb prokurori dhe t\u00eb denoncoj\u00eb disa prej emrave t\u00eb cil\u00ebve ai vet\u00eb apo dy djemt\u00eb e tij i kishin marr\u00eb para hua.<\/p>\n

Pas denoncimit t\u00eb tij, prokuroria dhe policia nis\u00ebn hetimet nd\u00ebrsa shum\u00eb prej bisedave jan\u00eb regjistruar nga vet\u00eb ish-prefekti Radovani, i cili ka patur nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjues q\u00eb ia kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb prokuror\u00ebt kur ka diskutuar k\u00ebto \u00e7\u00ebshtje me fajdexhinjt\u00eb. Pas rreth dy muajsh erdh\u00ebn edhe arrestimet n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb operacionit \u201cMaranaj\u201d duke v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb pranga shtetasit: Byrhan Alija, 61 vje\u00e7, Edi Mem\u00e7aj 33 vje\u00e7, Adri Bala 22 vje\u00e7, Artan Dragani ish kancelar ne gjykat\u00ebn e Shkodr\u00ebs 39 vje\u00e7, Marjan Bregu 31 vje\u00e7, Vinko Nikprelaj 37 vje\u00e7, Eduart Fusha 38 vje\u00e7, Elidon Qerimaj 41 vje\u00e7, Pashko Vuksanelaj 54 vje\u00e7, Lul Sylja 48 vje\u00e7, Naim Ahmetaj 52 vje\u00e7 dhe Ilir Sokoli 38 vje\u00e7, ish drejtor i patentave n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr. Policia ka t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim edhe tre shtetas t\u00eb tjer\u00eb E.M, J.A dhe E.L nd\u00ebrsa jan\u00eb pezulluar nga detyra dhe kan\u00eb mas\u00ebn e siguris\u00eb \u201cdetyrim paraqitje\u201d shtetasit Valbona Hajdari notere n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr dhe Ergys Lohja, efektiv policie.<\/p>\n

Sipas burimeve n\u00eb \u00e7do l\u00ebvizje q\u00eb b\u00ebn ish-prefekti Radovani shoq\u00ebrohet me polici p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre problemeve dhe k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimeve q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb.
