M\u00eb shum\u00eb akoma, gj\u00ebja q\u00eb t\u00eb vjen m\u00eb qart\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb se pse masa t\u00eb tilla ose parashikime nuk u pat\u00ebn parasysh n\u00eb axhendat e mbledhjeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta, t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb \u201csuksessh\u00ebm\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb rend parimor, Shqip\u00ebria si vend an\u00ebtar i CEFTA-s, nuk duhet t\u00eb synoj\u00eb interesin dhe p\u00ebrfitimin e tregjeve, n\u00eb rastet e problemeve q\u00eb kan\u00eb shtetet e tjera mes tyre. Por, n\u00eb rastin e dy vendeve tona, ky fakt bie posht\u00eb\u00a0<em>de facto<\/em>\u00a0sepse Shqip\u00ebria dhe Kosova vazhdimisht referojn\u00eb p\u00ebr marr\u00ebveshje dhe p\u00ebrpjekje t\u00eb krijimit t\u00eb mund\u00ebsive q\u00eb dy tregjet tona t\u00eb ken\u00eb leht\u00ebsira.<\/p>\n<p>Duke iu referuar t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb vitit 2017, Kosova importoi 449 milion\u00eb euro mallra nga Serbia, kurse tre her\u00eb m\u00eb pak nga Shqip\u00ebria, pra vet\u00ebm 151 milion\u00eb euro. E nga Maqedonia importohej pak m\u00eb shum\u00eb sesa nga vendi yn\u00eb! Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebr eksportet, Kosova ka pasur t\u00eb dh\u00ebna m\u00eb t\u00eb mira me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb sesa me Serbin\u00eb, por me defi\u00e7it tregtar shum\u00eb t\u00eb madh me k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb fundit.<\/p>\n<p>Zhvillimet e fundit po referojn\u00eb se sot n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb analiz\u00eb dhe t\u00eb mendohet n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb arritur apo jo rezultati i taks\u00ebs dhe si do t\u00eb jet\u00eb realisht e ardhmja. A \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar realisht Kosova? Apo mjafton d\u00ebmi q\u00eb i \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb deri m\u00eb tani Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kosova, pa\u00e7ka pretendimeve t\u00eb kryeministrit Haradinaj, po humbet shum\u00eb p\u00ebrball\u00eb angazhimit t\u00eb faktorit diplomatik amerikan, q\u00eb po investohet q\u00eb kjo taks\u00eb duhet t\u00eb hiqet dhe t\u00eb gjendet nj\u00eb zgjidhje emergjente ku ajo t\u00eb pezullohet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb dhe t\u00eb arrihet nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje me Beogradin zyrtar. Nj\u00eb ide q\u00eb e mb\u00ebshtet dhe PDK, partia kryesore n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, n\u00eb koalicion me formacionin e kryeministrit Haradinaj.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr pak muaj do t\u00eb dalin rezultatet e vendosjes s\u00eb taks\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebrfitimet e vendeve fqinje me Kosov\u00ebn, ku duket se Maqedonia dhe Mali i Zi nuk kan\u00eb humbur koh\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbushur boshll\u00ebkun, pa\u00e7ka moralitetit t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit n\u00eb CEFTA. Madje, nga Maqedonia ka referenca se mallrat serbe ripaketohen p\u00ebr t\u2019u importuar nga Kosova.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq, Shqip\u00ebria me struktur\u00ebn e prodhimeve t\u00eb veta, por edhe moskonkludimin si duhet t\u00eb orientimit t\u00eb saj t\u00eb prodhimit me Kosov\u00ebn nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb se po ndien ndonj\u00eb ndryshim. Aq m\u00eb shum\u00eb Prishtina zyrtare. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, modeli ekonomik shqiptar e ka t\u00eb pamundur t\u00eb rikuperoj\u00eb veten e vet dhe jo t\u00eb mund\u00ebsoj\u00eb fuqi plot\u00ebsuese dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebhet faktor, t\u00eb mbush\u00eb boshll\u00ebkun q\u00eb po l\u00ebn\u00eb importet serbe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. M\u00eb shum\u00eb akoma, Shqip\u00ebria premtoi dikur q\u00eb Kosova do t\u00eb kishte portin e saj Sh\u00ebngjinin, kurse tashti ka deklaruar p\u00ebr Durr\u00ebsin, por k\u00ebto masa nuk duket se kan\u00eb ndonj\u00eb impakt aq t\u00eb madh p\u00ebr Prishtin\u00ebn sa ishte premtuar. Kjo p\u00ebr shkak se funksionalizimi i ideve ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb infrastruktur\u00eb ligjore dhe predispozit\u00eb reale n\u00eb terren sesa fjal\u00eb t\u00eb bukura.<\/p>\n<p>Cilado q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb rruga e z.Haradinaj, Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb krejt e pap\u00ebrgatitur q\u00eb t\u00eb funksionoj\u00eb me Kosov\u00ebn dhe ky duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb shqet\u00ebsimi i kryeministrave tan\u00eb, por edhe motivet e takimeve t\u00eb qeverive t\u00eb tyre, q\u00eb tashm\u00eb me munges\u00ebn e efikasitetit t\u00eb duhur, nuk duken m\u00eb as si propagandistike.
