Nga kjo dat\u00eb, t\u00eb dyja karrexhatat e segmentit nga rreth rrotullimi TEG km 0(2+800) deri tek rreth rrotullimi Ib\u00eb km 10+500, do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb kompletuara me t\u00eb gjitha elementet e siguris\u00eb rrugore n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me projektin dhe n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb trafikut sipas senseve respektive t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes.
