Duke perfituar nga mundesia qe me jep detyra, fillova te mbledh informacion mbi ate vendngjarje dhe sa me shume mesoja rreth te vertetes, aq me shume tromaksesha nga genjeshtrat qe vijonin t\u2019u jepeshin live teleshikuesve e portalqemtuesve.<\/p>\n<p>Mesova se IKMT as ishte aty e as kishte ne plan te shfaqej gjekundi, pasi nuk behej fjale per nje shtepi qe duhej prishur, po per ekzekutim t\u00eb nj\u00eb vendimi gjyq\u00ebsor t\u00eb form\u00ebs s\u00eb prer\u00eb p\u00ebr lirim banese. Mesova se Bashkia e Tiranes as kishte dhene ndonje leje per te ndertuar mbi truallin e baneses dhe as kishte miratuar akoma ndonje plan te zones ku gjendet banesa. Mesova se policine nuk e kishte cuar aty kerkesa e ndonj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuesi, po kerkesa e permbarimit per te zbatuar nje vendimin e gjykates- ndaj te cilit policia ka detyrimin ligjor te pergjigjet. Mesova se bashkia u ka ofruar atyre nje zgjidhje te cilen e kane refuzuar dhe qe ne fakt, tekefundit e tera eshte nje histori konflikti mbi nje prone mes dy paleve, ku as qeveria e as pushteti vendor nuk hyjne asgjekundi. Te tera k\u00ebto i mesova, fale mund\u00ebsis\u00eb per te marre informacion, si ministre, po nderkohe qe une i mora keto informacione, kanalet e televizioneve dhe mediave online vijuan kerdine e tyre, duke dizinformuar ne rastin me te keq dhe keqinformuar ne rastin me te mire.<\/p>\n<p>Ministri i brendshem, duke treguar edhe njehere integritetin e tij te larte qytetar e profesional, kritikoi policine per menyren se si u qas ne ate situate ku as nderhyri, as u largua, po thjesht qendroi aty amorfe, pa mundur t\u2019i shpetoi shigjetimit nga te kater anet. Une vete s\u2019di te them se sa te drejte ka pasur gjykata ne ate vendim te formes se prere qe ka dhene, por edhe pse jam e prirur te mos besoj ne vendimet e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb vjet\u00ebr t\u00eb pavetuar, di qe ende nuk eshte zbuluar ne bote ndonje sistem ku vendimi i gjykates, te rrezohet nga bindjet e njerit a te tjetrit \u2013 ne qeveri a ne media a ne shoqerine civile. Sidoqoft\u00eb, pertej te gjithave, kjo ishte nje dite e shenuar per forcen goditese te lajmit te rreme. I cili mori dhene dhe provokoi reagimin e shume njerezve te mire, qe rane pre e lehtesise se padurueshme me te cilen media ktheu permbys skenen e sotme tek rruga e shkolles Petro Nini Luarasi. Megjithate, dita u mbyll ne lartesine e ambicies sone per shtetin dhe Policine e Shtetit, me largimin e drejtuesit te policise se Tiranes. Jo sepse dikush shkeli ligjin. Aspak.
