Sipas relacionit t\u00eb Komisionit Qendror t\u00eb Zgjedhjeve n\u00eb dat\u00ebn 1 mars Halilaj ka paraqitur dor\u00ebheqjen nga marrja e mandatit, por tre dit\u00eb m\u00eb pas po ashtu n\u00eb KQZ ajo ka dor\u00ebzuar edhe formularin e dekriminalizimit duke, nisur procedur\u00ebn e marrjes s\u00eb mandatit. Sa i p\u00ebrket LSI mandatin e Viktor Tushaj n\u00eb Lezh\u00eb e merr Alda Hoti, e cila pavar\u00ebsisht se ka dor\u00ebzuar dor\u00ebheqjen nga marrja e mandatit ka paraqitur edhe formularin e dekriminalizimit.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb Durr\u00ebs mandatin e Nora Malaj e merr Edlira Hyseni dhe n\u00eb Gjirokast\u00ebr n\u00eb vend t\u00eb Vangjel Tavos e merr Ediola Braha. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb pas s\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebs n\u00eb Kuvend do t\u00eb ket\u00eb 92 deputet\u00eb. 143 kandidat\u00eb t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs n\u00eb listat e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb 2017 kan\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar n\u00eb KQZ vet\u00ebdeklarimin ku refuzojn\u00eb t\u00eb marrin mandatin e deputetit.<\/p>\n
