Dhuna ndaj grave dominon, sipas OSBE-s\u00eb, shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri e Kosov\u00eb. Nj\u00eb studim i realizuar nga Organizata p\u00ebr Siguri dhe Bashk\u00ebpunim n\u00eb kontinentin e vjet\u00ebr ka dal\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin se 16 milion\u00eb gra n\u00eb rajonin e Europ\u00ebs Juglindore kan\u00eb p\u00ebrjetuar forma t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs gjat\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre nga mosha 15-vje\u00e7are.<\/p>\n

Raporti \u00ebsht\u00eb hartuar pas sondazheve t\u00eb realizuara me femra nga Bosnja dhe Hercegovina, Kosova, Mali i Zi, Maqedonia Veriore, Moldavia, Serbia, Shqip\u00ebria dhe Ukraina. Gjat\u00eb vitit 2018, u intervistuan 15 179 gra t\u00eb perzgjedhura rast\u00ebsisht me q\u00ebllim gjetjen e \u201cnatyr\u00ebs s\u00eb dhun\u00ebs ndaj grave si dhe q\u00ebndrimin e tyre ndaj raportimit t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cM\u00eb shum\u00eb se dy t\u00eb tretat e grave q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb rajon mendojn\u00eb se dhuna \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pjes\u00eb e p\u00ebrditshm\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb vendet e tyre, nd\u00ebrsa nj\u00eb e pesta mendojn\u00eb se dhuna \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e zakonshme\u201d, thot\u00eb Sekretari i P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i OSBE-s\u00eb, Thomas Greminger, i cituar nga \u201cDeutsche \u00cbelle\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cK\u00ebto jan\u00eb fakte t\u00eb papranueshme si nga aspekti human ashtu edhe nga aspekti i siguris\u00eb dhe stabilitetit, por edhe nga aspekti socio- ekonomik\u201d, ka shtuar ai.<\/p>\n

Sipas raportit, femrat viktima q\u00eb jan\u00eb edhe t\u00eb faj\u00ebsuara p\u00ebr dhun\u00ebn, mendojn\u00eb se grat\u00eb duhet t\u00eb urdh\u00ebrohen nga burrat dhe se dhuna familjare duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje private.<\/p>\n
