Stabiliteti i Ballkanit \u00ebsht\u00eb po ashtu stabilitet i Europ\u00ebs\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ai shpjegoi se kan\u00eb folur p\u00ebr situat\u00ebn n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri: \u201csepse situata \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb \u201cluft\u00eb civile\u201d midis qeveris\u00eb dhe opozit\u00ebs. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e rrezikshme p\u00ebr stabilitetin\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Kryetari i PE, thot\u00eb po ashtu se n\u00eb Ballkan \u201dduhet t\u00eb shohim \u00e7far\u00eb investimesh vijn\u00eb nga jasht\u00eb rajonit. Aty b\u00ebhen investime me diferenca t\u00eb ndryshme, jo vet\u00ebm europiane por edhe ruse, arabe dhe turke. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb loj\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb\u201d.
