KQZ ka vendosur t\u2019i drejtohet Kuvendit p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb shkrese ku i k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb qart\u00ebsoj\u00eb krijimin e vakancave pas dor\u00ebheqjes nga mandati t\u00eb 56 deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb njoftimin q\u00eb kishte marr\u00eb nga Kuvendi mungonin dy element\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore: deklarimi i p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb mandatit p\u00ebr deputetin e dor\u00ebhequr si dhe shpallja e vakanc\u00ebs. P\u00ebr k\u00ebto dy element\u00eb KQZ ka preferuar q\u00eb t\u2019ja kthej\u00eb edhe nj\u00ebher\u00eb topin Kuvendit, duke i k\u00ebrkuar shpjegime p\u00ebrse nuk ka ndjekur praktik\u00ebn e derim\u00ebtanishme.<\/p>\n

Kjo gj\u00eb pritet q\u00eb t\u00eb shtyj\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00eb edhe procesin e z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimeve.<\/p>\n

Pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb proces, burime nga KQZ b\u00ebjn\u00eb me dije se ky institucion nuk do t\u2019i pranoj\u00eb dor\u00ebheqjet paraprake t\u00eb firmosura nga kandidat\u00ebt n\u00eb listat p\u00ebr deputet\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb nisur t\u00eb mblidhen n\u00eb selit\u00eb e partive opozitare. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb do t\u00eb ndiqet arsyetimi se nuk ka asnj\u00eb vler\u00eb ligjore refuzimi i di\u00e7kaje q\u00eb ende nuk t\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb.<\/p>\n
