P\u00ebr nj\u00eb bllof t\u00eb madh e t\u00eb pad\u00ebgjuar. Sfondi njer\u00ebzor i shtrir\u00eb n\u00eb gjith\u00eb gjat\u00ebsin\u00eb e bulevardit D\u00ebshmor\u00ebt e Kombit, ishte n\u00eb fakt vitrina e planifikuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb hedhur hapin ekstrem, t\u00eb cilin Basha e Kryemadhi e kishin mohuar me insistim p\u00ebr muaj me rradh\u00eb: heqjen dor\u00eb n\u00eb grup nga mandatet parlamentare.<\/p>\n<p>Reagimi nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar nuk vonoi dhe ishte ai q\u00eb pritej: dor\u00ebheqja nga mandatet \u00ebsht\u00eb gabim, politika b\u00ebhet n\u00eb parlament, po d\u00ebmtoni procesin e integrimit dhe imazhin e vendit. K\u00ebto ishin n\u00eb vija t\u00eb trasha v\u00ebrejtjet e kancelarive dhe organizmave nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. Por si\u00e7 u tha m\u00eb lart, tashm\u00eb opozita kishte hequr kostumet e kravatat, e kishte veshur xhinset e protest\u00ebs. \u201cThoni \u00e7\u2019t\u00eb doni, ne e hodh\u00ebm hapin e fundit\u201d!<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb, duket sikur opozita e ka futur n\u00eb nj\u00eb pozit\u00eb tejet t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb e komplekse qeverin\u00eb. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, por \u00e7eshtja \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb kuptohet se me \u00e7far\u00eb \u00e7mimi. Cili \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb n\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi sot, Rama apo Basha?! Nj\u00eb pyetje q\u00eb vlen p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar se cili nga t\u00eb dy ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb karta n\u00ebn m\u00ebng\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb dal\u00eb me sa m\u00eb pak kosto nga tuneli i mandateve t\u00eb djegura.<\/p>\n<p>Ndoshta mund t\u00eb kuptohet di\u00e7ka nga kjo loj\u00eb force n\u00eb distanc\u00eb mes pal\u00ebve, n\u00ebse sheh jo pa habi sesi Kuvendi (kupto maxhoranca q\u00eb e kontrollon), nuk ka vonuar asnj\u00eb minut\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb nisur procedurat e formalizimit t\u00eb dor\u00ebheqjeve t\u00eb deputet\u00ebve opozitar\u00eb. A thua se Ru\u00e7i Rama jan\u00eb t\u00eb interesuar ta mbyllin me duart e tyre dhe sa m\u00eb par\u00eb, qerthullin absurd t\u00eb ikjes s\u00eb opozit\u00ebs nga parlamenti, q\u00eb kjo e fundit nisi mes tam-tameve t\u00eb protestave.<\/p>\n<p>A ka v\u00ebrtet nj\u00eb interes politik t\u00eb shumic\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbyllur e zyrtarizuar ikjen e opozit\u00ebs nga parlamenti? Dhe n\u00ebse po, a ka lidhje kjo me ardhjen t\u00eb m\u00ebrkur\u00ebn, t\u00eb nj\u00eb delegacioni t\u00eb parlamentit europian?! Si\u00e7 njoftohet, ky delegacion ka qen\u00eb i planifikuar koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb se t\u00eb niste kriza e fundit n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, por af\u00ebrmendsh q\u00eb objektivi kryesor i tij do t\u00eb jet\u00eb tashm\u00eb largimi i opozit\u00ebs shqiptare nga sistemi.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mes, Rama ndoshta po nxiton q\u00eb t\u00eb \u201cp\u00ebrmbush\u00eb\u201d d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e opozitar\u00ebve p\u00ebr dor\u00ebheqje, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb ta spostoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb presionin p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb akt tek demokrat\u00ebt, q\u00eb do ta ken\u00eb edhe formalisht t\u00eb pamundur t\u00eb rikthehen n\u00ebse procedurat shkojn\u00eb deri n\u00eb fund, kur k\u00ebtu t\u00eb shkelin europarlamentar\u00ebt. Me pamund\u00ebsin\u00eb teknike p\u00ebr t\u2019u kthyer n\u00eb parlament, opozita do t\u00eb ndodhet totalisht e ekspozuar p\u00ebrball\u00eb kritikave t\u00eb SHBA-BE. Dhe nj\u00eb situat\u00eb e ngjashme, ajo e vitit 2017, kur Basha insistonte t\u00eb q\u00ebndronte n\u00eb \u00c7ad\u00ebr, i shtyu nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt t\u00eb k\u00ebshillojn\u00eb Ram\u00ebn q\u00eb t\u00eb hyj\u00eb i vet\u00ebm n\u00eb zgjedhje, me premtimin se do njihnin zgjedhjet.<\/p>\n<p>Ky i socialist\u00ebve, p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxituar me djegien e mandateve, duket si nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr bllof, q\u00eb mund t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb eleminimin e mund\u00ebsis\u00eb teorike t\u00eb rikthimit t\u00eb PD n\u00eb Kuvend, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb presioni dhe kritikat mbi ta t\u00eb jen\u00eb edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb ashpra se deri m\u00eb sot.<\/p>\n<p>E gjitha kjo ngjan si nj\u00eb loj\u00eb e papast\u00ebr, n\u00eb kushtet kur edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb politika shqiptare po tregohet t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht e paaft\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb nj\u00eb proces dialogu dhe gjejtjeje kompromisi, pa nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsimin e t\u00eb huajve. Bujar Nishani ironizonte k\u00ebto dit\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt duke deklaruar se ne e duam m\u00eb shum\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb, sesa ata.<\/p>\n<p>Ja q\u00eb edhe ish-presidenti, si t\u00eb gjith\u00eb \u201cish\u00ebt\u201d apo ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb ende sot n\u00eb politik\u00ebn shqiptare, do ta presin edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb formul\u00ebn e zgjidhjes nga Uashingtoni dhe Brukseli.
