N\u00eb nj\u00eb analiz\u00eb mbi gjendjen e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb serbe t\u00eb botuar n\u00eb revist\u00ebn NIN t\u00eb Beogradit, Xhamiq shpalos nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb l\u00ebngat\u00ebs e cila e paralizon Serbin\u00eb. Konstatimet e tij jan\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr shkak se politika serbe luan rol negativ edhe n\u00eb kontekst rajonal.
