Personat me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuar n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb, por edhe personat e mosh\u00ebs s\u00eb tret\u00eb, q\u00eb i drejtohen Post\u00ebs Shqiptare p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer sh\u00ebrbime t\u00eb ndryshme pran\u00eb k\u00ebtij institucioni, shpesh jan\u00eb t\u00eb detyruar t\u00eb kthehen duarbosh, ose t\u00eb rendin rrug\u00ebve duke i marr\u00eb me radh\u00eb filialet e post\u00ebs, n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim t\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme nga ku mund t\u00eb hyjn\u00eb brenda p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim.<\/p>\n

Edhe pse garantimi i aksesueshm\u00ebris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb detyrim ligjor p\u00ebr institucionet shtet\u00ebrore, ende n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e sotme, vijon q\u00eb kjo problematik\u00eb t\u00eb shp\u00ebrfillet nga institucionet shqiptare, madje ky indiferentiz\u00ebm viher re edhe nga institucione q\u00eb lidhen drejtp\u00ebrs\u00ebdrejti me veprimtarin\u00eb e sh\u00ebrbimeve mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb kategori individ\u00ebsh. I till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb institucioni i Post\u00ebs Shqiptare, ku personat me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuar marrin pagesat mujore dhe ku personat e mosh\u00ebs s\u00eb tret\u00eb marrin pensionet.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrtimi i nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie q\u00eb respekton t\u00eb drejtat dhe lirit\u00eb themelore t\u00eb njeriut dhe shpangia e diskriminimit \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebr aspektet themelore t\u00eb komunitetit. P\u00ebrvecse n\u00eb Konvent\u00ebn Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare kund\u00ebr Diskriminimit dhe n\u00eb Konvent\u00ebn mbi t\u00eb Drejtat e Personave me Aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb Kufizuar, edhe n\u00eb legjislacionin shqiptar jan\u00eb parashikuar n\u00eb detaje kriteret dhe m\u00ebnyra se si duhet t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohen rrug\u00ebt, nd\u00ebrtesat, godinat e intitucioneve etj. K\u00ebshtu, n\u00eb ligjin nr. 107\/2014 \u201cP\u00ebr planifikimin dhe zhvillimin e territorit\u201d, shprehet qartazi n\u00eb nenin 45\/1 se, \u201cT\u00eb gjitha nd\u00ebrtimet p\u00ebr banesa, hap\u00ebsira dhe sh\u00ebrbime p\u00ebr publikun, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb parqet, sheshet dhe rrug\u00ebt, brenda territorit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb plot\u00ebsojn\u00eb k\u00ebrkesat dhe standardet e p\u00ebrshtatshm\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr personat me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara, sipas dispozitave t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuara n\u00eb rregulloren p\u00ebr shfryt\u00ebzimin e hap\u00ebsirave nga ana e personave me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara\u201d. Po ashtu, n\u00eb pik\u00ebn 3 t\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin nen theksohet se, \u201cAutoritetet p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse t\u00eb institucioneve q\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb sh\u00ebrbime p\u00ebr publikun jan\u00eb t\u00eb detyruara t\u00eb sigurojn\u00eb nj\u00eb nivel baz\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshm\u00ebris\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimore n\u00eb mjediset ekzistuese n\u00eb administrim t\u00eb tyre\u201d. \u00a0A gjen zbatim ky ligj n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb? Sigurisht, q\u00eb jemi ende shum\u00eb larg standardeve t\u00eb zbatueshm\u00ebris\u00eb, edhe pse disa p\u00ebrpjekje kan\u00eb bul\u00ebzuar, sidomos n\u00eb kryeqytet.<\/p>\n
