Ne shkrimet e \u201cBot\u00ebs s\u00eb re\u201d n\u00eb fund t\u00eb viteve 30-t\u00eb, Merxhani stigmatizohej si krijuesi i nj\u00eb shkolle filozofike . Qerthulli i klerik\u00ebve t\u00eb veriut, me Harapin dhe Valentinin, e p\u00ebrg\u00ebzonin se m\u00eb n\u00eb fund kishte arritur t\u2019i jepte \u00e7\u00ebshtjes shqiptare nj\u00eb sistem. \u00cbsht\u00eb e famshme gjithashtu, formula me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ai udh\u00ebhoqi \u201cp\u00ebrpjekjen shqiptare\u201d: Politik\u00eb ska! Vet\u00ebm kultur\u00eb! T\u00eb jepet p\u00ebrshtypja se edhe guri i qoshes i doktrin\u00ebs neo-shqiptare, duhet t\u00eb gjendet midis k\u00ebtyre aprimeve dhe nocioneve. Megjithat\u00eb, n\u00ebse i b\u00ebjm\u00eb nj\u00eb pik\u00eb-prerje m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs se si ata e shihnin historin\u00eb dhe sh\u00ebndoshjes filozofike q\u00eb zot\u00ebronin, gjejm\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr nocion dhe nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr proces ai q\u00eb q\u00ebndron n\u00eb themel t\u00eb gjith\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjes s\u00eb tyre.<\/div>\n<p><\/ins><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb pik\u00ebpamjen neoshqiptare, po sidomos n\u00eb ato t\u00eb Branko Merxhanit nj\u00eb vend par\u00ebsor zinin pik\u00ebpamjet mbi kombin dhe zhvillimin e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb komb\u00ebtare. Asgj\u00ebkund m\u00eb par\u00eb, e jo n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00eb ideologjie, ky problem nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb trajtuar kaq gjer\u00ebsisht sa \u00e7\u2019arriti ideologu yn\u00eb, nisur nga pik\u00ebpamja e teorive t\u00eb ndryshme q\u00eb ekzistonin mbi kombin, por sidomos nga pik\u00ebpamja pozitiviste. Kombi konsiderohej n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb produkt i faktor\u00ebve t\u00eb jet\u00ebs shpirt\u00ebrore. Ai mbahej si rezultat i nj\u00eb kulture t\u00eb zhvilluar, i ideve dhe moralit borgjez. Duke pranuar, k\u00ebshtu, determinizmin shpirt\u00ebror, Merxhani p\u00ebrfshinte n\u00eb teorin\u00eb e tij ato doktrina t\u00eb cilat n\u00eb trajtimin e kombit merrnin p\u00ebr baz\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn, karakterin komb\u00ebtar, traditat dhe historin\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, kultur\u00ebn dhe qytet\u00ebrimin, madje dhe fen\u00eb. Me nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb, kombi kuptohej n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb si di\u00e7ka morale. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb parim, Merxhani u mb\u00ebshtet kryesisht tek Renani, si p\u00ebr pozit\u00ebn e vet idealiste, ashtu edhe pse d\u00ebshironte t\u2019u largohej teorive raciste dhe shoviniste q\u00eb kujtohej se i p\u00ebrkisnin vet\u00ebm \u201cdeterminizmit l\u00ebndor\u201d. Mir\u00ebpo, origjinaliteti i konceptit t\u00eb tij mbi kombin gjendet n\u00eb faktin se ai nuk u ndal k\u00ebtu. P\u00ebrkundrazi, k\u00ebsaj p\u00ebrmbajtjeje reniane ai i shtoi pik\u00ebpamjen e Bergsonit mbi karakterin komb\u00ebtar si thelbin i kombit. Ideologu neoshqiptar nuk mund t\u00eb pranonte tez\u00ebn se kombi p\u00ebrcaktohej nga raca, pasi p\u00ebr t\u00eb problem i rac\u00ebs as q\u00eb duhej t\u00eb ngat\u00ebrrohej me \u00e7\u00ebshtjen komb\u00ebtare dhe kombi ishte thjesht produkt i kultur\u00ebs dhe moralit, gj\u00ebra k\u00ebto q\u00eb nuk lidheshin me rac\u00ebn. Edhe pse nuk mund t\u00eb flitej p\u00ebr past\u00ebrti race, t\u00ebr\u00ebsia e faktor\u00ebve shpirt\u00ebror\u00eb vinte nj\u00eb vul\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar mbi kombin dhe e b\u00ebnte at\u00eb t\u00eb dallohej nga nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Ashtu si dhe Renani e pozitivist\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, Branko Merxhanit i interesoi m\u00eb shum\u00eb krijimi i solidaritetit shoq\u00ebror dhe pohimi i koncepteve elitariste. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrim, midis kombit dhe kultur\u00ebs shpirt\u00ebrore, ai vendoste shenj\u00ebn e barazis\u00eb. Kombi, at\u00ebher\u00eb, konsiderohej si shprehja m\u00eb e p\u00ebrparuar, m\u00eb e lart\u00eb dhe m\u00eb e sinkronizuar e idealizm\u00ebs kolektive, personaliteti i s\u00eb cil\u00ebs nuk gjendej n\u00eb trupat tan\u00eb, por n\u00eb shpirtrat tan\u00eb\u201d. Ky arsyetim lidhet me idet\u00eb e E. Durkhejmit p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrgjegjen kolektive dhe p\u00ebrfytyrimet kolektive, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb rezultat i pik\u00ebpamjes s\u00eb tij se shoq\u00ebria nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb shum\u00eb e thjesht\u00eb e individ\u00ebve q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb, e nd\u00ebrgjegjeve individuale, por lind n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet veprimeve shoq\u00ebrore, brenda kushteve t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta kolektive, si rezultat i lindjes dhe i shfaqjes s\u00eb element\u00ebve t\u00eb rinj n\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn njer\u00ebzore, vlerave, vullnetit dhe sjelljes.<\/p>\n<p>Ja si shprehej solemnisht Merxhni: \u201cDuke u nisur nga bazat ideologjike t\u00eb sip\u00ebrme dhe bile pa u trembur nga akuza e Reaksionism\u00ebs br\u00ebnda n\u00eb Evrop\u00ebn e Sotme t\u00eb Materialism\u00ebs Historike, them: Filosofia e Neo-Shqiptarism\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb: Idealisma Komb\u00ebtare. Po kjo idealism jon\u00eb ndryshon shum\u00eb nga idealisma e bukur, po e d\u00ebmshme p\u00ebr neve, p.sh., e nj\u00eb Ernest Renan-i. Nuk jemi nga ata q\u00eb thon\u00eb: \u201cAtje ku t\u00eb gjej t\u00eb Bukur\u00ebn, t\u00eb Mir\u00ebn, t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebn \u2013 atje \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe atdheu im. Nuk jemi edhe nga ata, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, n\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7ast marr\u00ebzie dhe enthusiasmi, i a marin k\u00ebng\u00ebs s\u00eb \u201cAtdheut t\u00eb Math\u201d, q\u00eb p\u00ebrmban gjith\u00eb tok\u00ebn\u2026 Ne preferojm\u00eb t\u00eb themi: Atdheu yn\u00eb gj\u00ebndet n\u00eb an\u00ebn e nj\u00eb r\u00ebkeje t\u00eb freshk\u00ebt, q\u00eb vadit arat, dhe k\u00ebnga e s\u00eb cil\u00ebs d\u00ebgjohet n\u00ebp\u00ebr shpellat e maleve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Ku jan\u00eb t\u00eb varrosura kockat e st\u00ebrgjysh\u00ebrvet t\u2019an\u00eb, atje n\u00eb hirin e oxhakut t\u00eb hidh\u00ebrimit ku ka r\u00ebn\u00eb loti i par\u00eb i m\u00ebmavet t\u2019ona, n\u00eb pyllin e dashuris\u00eb q\u00eb na \u00e7eli mysterin e jet\u00ebs n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e djal\u00ebris\u00eb \u2013 atje \u00ebsht\u00eb atdheu yn\u00eb\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb komb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebrve\u00e7 se nj\u00eb ndjenj\u00eb, nj\u00eb ide, nj\u00eb harmoni shpirt\u00ebrore, nj\u00eb \u201ckuptim shoq\u00ebror\u201d. Q\u00eb t\u00eb jemi shqiptar\u00eb me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, m\u00eb par\u00eb na duhet doemos nj\u00eb gj\u00eb: Na duhen njer\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb thon\u00eb: \u201cJam Shqiptar!\u201d. Ai q\u00eb e ndjen vet\u00ebhen \u201cShqiptar\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb pa tjet\u00ebr Shqiptar. Dyshimi m\u00eb i vog\u00ebl mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb mjaft\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb pranojm\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr neve nacionaliz\u00ebm do t\u00eb thot\u00eb fitim i nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjeje komb\u00ebtare, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb: Te njer\u00ebzuarit e ndjenjavet dhe idevet komb\u00ebtare. As raca, as balta, mir\u00eb-mir\u00eb as edhe gjuha, t\u00eb mara ve\u00e7 e ve\u00e7, ose t\u00eb gjitha tok, nuk arrijn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb japin themelin e nj\u00eb t\u00eb njer\u00ebzuarit komb\u00ebtar. Rim\u00eb shekuj me radh\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb balt\u00eb, flasim shekuj me radh\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gjuh\u00eb; mir\u00eb po u desh nj\u00eb rast i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb ngjarjesh historike t\u00eb pa-pritura q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb Shtet dhe q\u00eb t\u00eb dukemi se jemi nj\u00eb komb. Po ideali i jet\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare na mungon edhe sot. Ky ideal nuk lind as n\u00eb damar\u00ebt, as n\u00eb gur\u00ebt, as edhe me fjal\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb bukura t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb njer\u00ebsvet. Vet\u00ebm shpirti pjell ideale. Nacionalisma \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb ide, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb lidhje morale, nj\u00eb bes\u00eb: nj\u00eb fuqi dhe triumf i njer\u00ebzimit.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr rrjedhim, ajo \u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb nj\u00eb komb mund t\u2019i eklipsoj\u00eb interesat klasore, nj\u00eb pik\u00eb kjo vendimtare edhe n\u00eb gjith\u00eb doktrin\u00ebn neoshqiptare, t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur te sintetizmi. Pra, kombi p\u00ebrfshinte t\u00eb gjitha sferat e nd\u00ebrgjegjes shoq\u00ebrore, si nd\u00ebrgjegjja gjuh\u00ebsore, fetare, morale, estetike, politike dhe ligjore, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb ato q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshiheshin n\u00eb sferat materiale ekonomike-shoq\u00ebrore p\u00ebrjashtohej dhe i p\u00ebrkiste nj\u00eb kategorie tjet\u00ebr, qytet\u00ebrimit. P\u00ebr Brankon pik\u00ebnisja dhe pik\u00ebmb\u00ebrritja ishte kultura. P\u00ebrpjekjet fillestare, si dhe ato t\u00eb m\u00ebvonshme p\u00ebr formimin e kombit shqiptar, duhej t\u00eb gjykoheshin nga faktor\u00ebt e ndrysh\u00ebm kulturor\u00eb q\u00eb ishin t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm n\u00eb veprimtarin\u00eb komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb pik\u00ebpamjet e tyre p\u00ebr filozofin\u00eb e historis\u00eb, trajtesat e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve kryesor\u00eb t\u00eb neoshqiptarizm\u00ebs synojn\u00eb n\u00eb konceptimin e meta historis\u00eb si refleksion p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar nj\u00eb sistem historik n\u00eb trajt\u00ebn e nj\u00eb rregullariteti t\u00eb ngjarjeve historike, parashtrimi i t\u00eb cilave i ndihmon ata t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb nj\u00eb vij\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme n\u00eb ngjarjet q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin historia e shqiptar\u00ebve, si dhe t\u00eb nj\u00eb refleksioni kritik n\u00eb metodat e studimit dhe arsyetimit historik. Kjo shihet n\u00eb pik\u00ebpamjet e Branko Merxhanit, Vangjel Ko\u00e7\u00ebs, Lumo Sk\u00ebndos, etj. Tek Vangjel Ko\u00e7a vihet re konceptimi i atdhetarizmit t\u00eb past\u00ebr, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebs i neoshqiptarizm\u00ebs, priret kah konceptimi i metahistoris\u00eb si refleksion ndihm\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar nj\u00eb sistem t\u00eb historis\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb jet\u00eb i dobish\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar sakt\u00eb e p\u00ebr t\u00eb sistematizuar historin\u00eb e shqiptar\u00ebve; p\u00ebr t\u00eb shpjeguar me zot\u00ebsi ngjarjet historike, t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebn, t\u00eb tashmen dhe t\u00eb ardhmen. Kjo shihet dhe si nj\u00eb vler\u00eb e posa\u00e7me q\u00eb krijon nj\u00eb sistem historik i nd\u00ebrtuar mir\u00eb. Ajo i nxit shqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb t\u00eb studiojn\u00eb historin\u00eb e tyre, t\u00eb njohin veten dhe heroizmin se kjo i lidh me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, rrit dashurin\u00eb p\u00ebr kombin dhe atdhetarizmin e tyre .<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb ndryshim nga Ko\u00e7a, Branko Merxhani e koncepton k\u00ebt\u00eb problem n\u00eb t\u00eb dy p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebsit: dhe si refleksion kritik p\u00ebr arsyetimin historik n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, edhe n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb ides\u00eb s\u00eb konceptimit t\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb dhe t\u00eb vlefshme p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt. Nj\u00eb konceptim i till\u00eb duhet t\u00eb shmang\u00eb kaosin q\u00eb ka n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb lidhje me historin\u00eb, krahas kaosit p\u00ebr probleme t\u00eb tjera. Gjithashtu, sikurse thekson Prof. Gjergj Sinani \u201cduhet t\u00eb largoj\u00eb ato p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebs negativ\u00eb nga jeta e shqiptar\u00ebve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i kan\u00eb penguar ata t\u00eb vler\u00ebsojn\u00eb drejt historin\u00eb e tyre dhe ngjarjet m\u00eb kulmore brenda saj\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Misioni i neoshqiptar\u00ebve prirej nga krijimi i nj\u00eb sinteze t\u00eb filozofis\u00eb komb\u00ebtare dhe moralit komb\u00ebtar. Pa k\u00ebt\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb realizohej tek shqiptar\u00ebt kuptimi i atdhetarizm\u00ebs. Komb d.m.th. kultur\u00eb dhe kultur\u00eb d.m.th. komb. N\u00eb faz\u00ebn n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ndodhej shoq\u00ebria shqiptare, e cila sipas V. Ko\u00e7\u00ebs ende nuk kishte formuar kombin, nd\u00ebrsa sipas B. Merxhanit kishte formuar kombin, por ishte n\u00eb nj\u00eb faz\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjetme zhvillimi, detyra e neoshqiptar\u00ebve ishte t\u00eb ndihmonin n\u00eb zhvillimin kulturor t\u00eb vendit, n\u00eb krijimin e solidaritetit kulturor.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr ta kombi jeton n\u00eb histori. Po k\u00ebshtu \u00ebsht\u00eb, edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen. Shqiptar\u00ebt, q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb sot, mendojn\u00eb, kujdesen, p\u00ebrpiqen e luftojn\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr mir\u00ebqenien dhe lumturin\u00eb e shqiptar\u00ebve q\u00eb do t\u00eb jetojn\u00eb nes\u00ebr e pasnes\u00ebr. N\u00eb mos qofshin ata, bijt\u00eb tan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebp\u00ebrs\u00ebdrejtsh\u00ebm, jan\u00eb padyshim, pjella jon\u00eb shpirtrore. Mendimi i tyre, ndjenja e tyre dhe morali i tyre, ka vul\u00ebn e brezit t\u00eb m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshtu, pra, kombi jeton jo t\u00eb sotmen, \u00e7astin, po jeton n\u00eb histori dhe p\u00ebr historin\u00eb. Dhe nga kjo kuptohet vetvetiu se p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia e nj\u00eb brezi dhe detyra e tij shtrihet edhe m\u00eb p\u00ebrpara, edhe m\u00eb pas jet\u00ebs tij. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim, pra, kombi ka nj\u00eb mision historik. Ata q\u00eb nuk e kuptojn\u00eb k\u00ebshtu, jan\u00eb egoist\u00ebt meskin\u00eb, ata q\u00eb mendojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr vete dhe p\u00ebr sot, ata, fjala vjen, q\u00eb s\u2019ndjejn\u00eb detyra as kundrejt grupit t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb ose kombit n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin jetojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Po sot, ashtu si dhe at\u00ebher\u00eb, cila \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsia mbizot\u00ebruese.<\/p>\n<p>Realiteti i hidhur \u00ebsht\u00eb se shumica e njer\u00ebzve jan\u00eb, si thot\u00eb fjala shkencore, kafsh\u00eb ekonomike. Mendojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm interesin e \u00e7astit. Mendojn\u00eb kryek\u00ebput egoistikisht.
