Kur Edi Rama u b\u00eb kryeminist\u00ebr, gazetari shqiptaro-amerikan Peter Lucas i b\u00ebri thirrje publike q\u00eb t\u00eb ndalonte duhanpirjen n\u00eb ambjente publike dhe t\u00eb hiqte pikat e basteve nga \u00e7do cep pallati e nga \u00e7do klub fshati.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e par\u00eb, Rama e plot\u00ebsoi sapo mori frenat e qeveris\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrsa t\u00eb dyt\u00ebn e plot\u00ebsoi me disa vite vones\u00eb (kjo e dyta \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb histori tjet\u00ebr, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr shkrim)<\/p>\n

Menazheri\/pronari i \u00e7do lokali, qoft\u00eb edhe n\u00eb cepat e larg\u00ebt t\u00eb vendit gjobitej me 50 mij\u00eb lek\u00eb, n\u00ebse dikush kapej duke pir\u00eb duhan brenda. Dhe t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn n\u00eb dy-tre vjet\u00ebt e para, ishe pothuaj e pamundur t\u00eb gjeje dik\u00eb duke tymosur n\u00eb ambjente t\u00eb brendshme.<\/p>\n

Me pak fjal\u00eb, aty ku k\u00ebshillat e mjek\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb Institutit t\u00eb Sh\u00ebndetit Publik, apo vet\u00ebnd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimi i qytetar\u00ebve nuk kishin funksionuar, funksionoi dora e ashp\u00ebr e shtetit \u2013 n\u00eb form\u00ebn e gjobave t\u00eb r\u00ebnda. Frika p\u00ebr kulet\u00ebn doli m\u00eb e fort\u00eb se frika p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn tek ata q\u00eb punonin n\u00eb lokale dhe ambjente t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb mbyllura\u2026<\/p>\n

Vijm\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e sotme t\u00eb pas-karantin\u00ebs\u2026<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb karantin\u00ebs, e cila filloi qysh dit\u00ebn q\u00eb u konfirmua rasti i par\u00eb me COVID-19, mbet\u00ebn t\u00eb hapura vet\u00ebm bizneset dhe zyrat m\u00eb esenciale p\u00ebr vazhdimin e jet\u00ebs ekonomike t\u00eb vendit. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, l\u00ebvzija e qytetar\u00ebve u kufizua ndjesh\u00ebm. Si rezultat i paksimit t\u00eb ndjesh\u00ebm t\u00eb kontaktit mes njerzve, numri i rasteve aktive ditore me COVID-19 ishte nd\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb ultit n\u00eb Europ\u00eb (p\u00ebr milion banor\u00eb).<\/p>\n

Me daljen nga karantina, u vendos\u00ebn rregulla t\u00eb forta p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e maskave n\u00eb ambjente t\u00eb mbyllura dhe p\u00ebr ruajtjen e distancave n\u00eb ambjente t\u00eb hapura. Por ato rregulla mbet\u00ebn thjesht n\u00eb let\u00ebr (si dikur ligji kund\u00ebr duhanpirjes i 2007-\u00ebs\u2026).<\/p>\n

Si rezultat, me fillimin e qershorit, kurba e rasteve aktive me COVID-19 filloi t\u2019i ngjitej malit p\u00ebrpjet\u00eb\u2026 (shihni grafikun shoq\u00ebrues). Aktualisht, ka rreth 1000 shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb konfirmuar me coronavirusin ende aktiv n\u00eb trupin e tyre (se sa jan\u00eb t\u00eb pakonfirmuar nuk mund ta dime, me kaq pak testime p\u00ebr milion banor\u00eb q\u00eb b\u00ebhen n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri).\u00a0 Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, kuota m\u00eb e lart\u00eb para qershorit e rasteve aktive t\u00eb konfirmuara ishte regjistruar n\u00eb 28 prill \u2013 me vet\u00ebm 289 raste\u2026<\/p>\n
