Ai thot\u00eb se koncesioni i rrug\u00ebs kap vler\u00ebn e 1.18 miliard\u00eb euro dhe se ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb hap para i qeveris\u00eb i cili nuk do t\u00eb b\u00ebhej i mundur pa PPP.<\/p>\n

Rama tha se Korridori blu ishte pjes\u00eb e procesit t\u00eb Berlinit, por p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb vonesave dhe burokracive qeveria shqiptare nuk do t\u00eb priste deri n\u00eb pafund\u00ebsi por u veprua me PPP.<\/p>\n
