Sistemi i k\u00ebmbimit automatik t\u00eb informacionit do t\u00eb rris\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurat, do t\u00eb evitoj\u00eb shmangien dhe evazionin fiskal, do t\u00eb ushtroj\u00eb kontroll m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb taksimit t\u00eb dyfisht\u00eb dhe verifikim t\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurave t\u00eb tatimpaguesve. K\u00ebto t\u00eb dh\u00ebna, bashk\u00eb me informacionet mbi llogarit\u00eb bankare, do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren nga autoritetet tatimore n\u00eb 112 shtete, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb nism\u00ebs globale t\u00eb OECD dhe G-20 p\u00ebr t\u00eb luftuar evazionin fiskal, pjes\u00eb e s\u00eb cil\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe Shqip\u00ebria. Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb Bank\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, aktualisht bankat tona tregtare mbajn\u00eb rreth 2.94 milion\u00eb llogari bankare. Jan\u00eb mbi 1.6 milion\u00eb qytetar\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i zot\u00ebrojn\u00eb k\u00ebto llogari bankare t\u00eb hapura, t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb vet\u00ebdeklarohen. Do t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb bot\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb e past\u00ebr dhe m\u00eb korrekte, me k\u00ebt\u00eb sistem ku futen dhe informohen tatimet. Evazionit fiskal n\u00eb llogarit\u00eb offshore dhe shmangjes s\u00eb grumbullimit t\u00eb parave jasht\u00eb vendit jo p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime investimi t\u00eb past\u00ebr, po ju vjen nj\u00eb dit\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb. Banka jon\u00eb qendrore po punon p\u00ebr t\u00eb leht\u00ebsuar bankat e nivelit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb, pasi vet\u00ebdeklarimi i klient\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre i ngarkon ato me kosto t\u00eb shtuar financiare, me pun\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrshtatjen e informacionit n\u00eb sisteme, me burime njer\u00ebzore t\u00eb shtuara, etj.
