Sipas PD, \u201cKy \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga hapat m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm qe nd\u00ebrmerr nj\u00eb parti politike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, bazuar n\u00eb praktikat m\u00eb t\u00eb mira demokratike, p\u00ebrmes t\u00eb cilit fuqizohet an\u00ebtar\u00ebsia, rritet roli i saj dhe garantohet nj\u00eb lidhje dhe llogaridh\u00ebnie e fort\u00eb mes t\u00eb zgjedhurve dhe an\u00ebtarit te partis\u00eb. P\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb do t\u00eb ngrihet nj\u00eb komision i vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb kandidaturave. Rregullat dhe parimet mbi t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb kryhet p\u00ebrzgjedhja e kandidat\u00eave ndahen n\u00eb kat\u00ebr faza\u201d.<\/p>\n

Gjithashtu, n\u00eb Kryesin\u00eb e PD \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur:<\/p>\n

1. Identifikimi dhe propozimi i kandidat\u00ebve nga an\u00ebtar\u00ebt. \u00c7do an\u00ebtar ka t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e propozimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb kandidati. Edhe ata individ qe nuk jan\u00eb propozuar nga an\u00ebtar\u00ebsia, kane te drejt\u00ebn e vetpropozimit.<\/p>\n

2. Verifikimi dhe seleksionimi i kandidat\u00ebve nga Komisioni i Vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb Kandidat\u00ebve.
\n3. Konsultimi i list\u00ebs se kandidat\u00ebve potencial\u00eb nga an\u00ebtar\u00ebsia me parimin 1 an\u00ebtar, 1 vot\u00eb.
\n4. Zyrtarizimi i list\u00ebs nga kryesia e partis\u00eb dhe miratimi nga K\u00ebshilli Komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb tej, PD thekson se \u201cky proces garanton nj\u00eb proces te hapur p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb duan t\u00eb jen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e gar\u00ebs, pa asnj\u00eb paragjykim dhe bazuar mbi rregulla dhe norma transparente. Te vetmit qe nuk do te mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb pjese e gar\u00ebs jan\u00eb personat qe jan\u00eb subjekt i ligjit te Dekriminalizimit, kane qene funksionar te larte para viteve 90 apo bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor te sigurimit te shtetit. Grat\u00eb, te rinjt\u00eb, te p\u00ebrndjekurit dhe pronaret do te ken\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsim dinjitoz ne list\u00ebn e deputeteve te PD\u201d.<\/p>\n
