Mbi nj\u00eb milion shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb ikur gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb harkut 30 vje\u00e7ar pas r\u00ebnies s\u00eb komunizmit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jetojn\u00eb sot n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb, SHBA e deri n\u00eb Australin\u00eb e larg\u00ebt, nuk mund t\u00eb votojn\u00eb, kryesisht p\u00ebr shkak shkaqe banale, q\u00eb lidhen m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti me infrastruktur\u00ebn elektorale dhe me frik\u00ebn e partive p\u00ebr manipulimin e votave q\u00eb ata mund t\u00eb sjellin me post\u00eb apo n\u00eb rrug\u00eb t\u00eb tjera. Megjith\u00ebse k\u00ebt\u00eb e b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha shtetet demokratike, t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb rregullisht shtetasit e tyre jasht\u00eb vendit, n\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha zgjedhjet q\u00eb mbahen aty.<\/p>\n<p>Vota e emigrant\u00ebve duhej diskutuar e rakorduar qysh n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebs s\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Politik q\u00eb po merret me reform\u00ebn elektorale. Mesa duket t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb ngrohin karrigen n\u00eb at\u00eb tryez\u00eb e kan\u00eb skartuar tashm\u00eb vot\u00ebn potenciale t\u00eb qindra mij\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve q\u00eb banojn\u00eb jasht\u00eb vendit, si nj\u00eb koeficient t\u00eb paqen\u00eb, si nj\u00eb shif\u00ebr fantaz\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk meriton t\u00eb llogaritet askund. E nd\u00ebrsa listat e votuesve tan\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr qytetet e fshatrat jan\u00eb t\u00eb mbushura me emra personash q\u00eb s\u2019e kan\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb ushtrojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn legjitime t\u00eb vot\u00ebs, n\u00eb vend t\u00eb tyre kan\u00eb \u201cvotuar\u201d manipulator\u00ebt e votave, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i gjen me boll\u00ebk n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha shtabet elektorale t\u00eb partive shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Vota e emigracionit \u00ebsht\u00eb pengu i madh i zgjedhjeve tona, q\u00eb nga agimi i hersh\u00ebm i demokracis\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend, n\u00eb vitin e larg\u00ebt 1991, kur u votua n\u00eb sistem shum\u00ebpartiak. Nj\u00eb peng q\u00eb ka ardhur duke u fryr\u00eb me kalimin e viteve, sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb q\u00eb fryhej edhe fenomeni i largimit nga Shqip\u00ebria. Sot, edhe po t\u00eb banosh matan\u00eb malit t\u00eb Gramozit, diku n\u00eb fshatrat greke t\u00eb kufirit, s\u2019e ke mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb votosh p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb do t\u00eb drejtojn\u00eb vendin t\u00ebnd, megjith\u00ebse gjeografikisht nuk je m\u00eb larg Tiran\u00ebs, sesa banor\u00ebt e Kuk\u00ebsit, Sarand\u00ebs apo Tropoj\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Qindra mij\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb kan\u00eb ushqyer me buk\u00eb p\u00ebr dekada t\u00eb t\u00ebra vendin q\u00eb lan\u00eb pas. E kan\u00eb ushqyer n\u00eb kuptimin m\u00eb bazik t\u00eb fjal\u00ebs. Remitancat e tyre kan\u00eb derdhur miliarda euro n\u00eb ekonomin\u00eb e varf\u00ebr shqiptare, ato kan\u00eb financuar shkoll\u00ebn, sht\u00ebpit\u00eb apo ushqimin mujor t\u00eb qindra mij\u00eb njer\u00ebzve n\u00eb \u00e7do cep t\u00eb k\u00ebtij vendi. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e drejt\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebtyre shqiptar\u00ebve pun\u00ebtor\u00eb dhe solidar\u00eb me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe familjet e tyre, t\u2019u hiqet prej 30 vjet\u00ebsh e drejta e vot\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Emigracioni shqiptar e ka \u201cbler\u00eb\u201d me gjak e me djers\u00eb, n\u00ebse do t\u00eb p\u00ebrdornim nj\u00eb term banal p\u00ebr rastin n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb votuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e vendit t\u00eb vet. \u00c7do koment malinj se k\u00ebta s\u2019paskan m\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb votojn\u00eb, pasi i kan\u00eb kthyer shpin\u00ebn Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb sa banal aq edhe i padrejt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Politika e Tiran\u00ebs ka p\u00ebr detyrim madhor q\u00eb t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e vot\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb d\u00ebsh\u00ebrojn\u00eb ta ushtrojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, apo q\u00eb munden t\u00eb votojn\u00eb nga pik\u00ebpamja ligjore. Sepse k\u00ebsisoj zgjedhjet shqiptare do t\u00eb fitonin edhe nj\u00eb prurje votuesish, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt p\u00ebr arsye edhe t\u00eb ambjentit ku jetojn\u00eb, edhe t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive t\u00eb hapura e t\u00eb zhvilluara ku kan\u00eb kaluar nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb te jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre, mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb disa her\u00eb edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb ftoht\u00eb e objektiv\u00eb n\u00eb votim, sesa ne k\u00ebtu, q\u00eb e jetojm\u00eb me pasion sherrin politik.
