Kjo, ngaq\u00eb partit\u00eb opozitare nuk mund t\u2019i mblidhnin votat s\u00eb bashku n\u00eb nj\u00eb thes t\u00eb madh parazgjedhor.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb qoft\u00eb se partit\u00eb kryesore opozitare (PD, LSI, PDIU, PR etj) do t\u00eb kishin qen\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb koalicion parazgjedhor, nj\u00eb mbledhje mekanike e votave t\u00eb tyre do t\u00eb kishte regjistruar gjithsej 790 mij\u00eb vota p\u00ebr koalicionin. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, nj\u00eb mbledhje mekanike e votave t\u00eb PS-s\u00eb me partit\u00eb e af\u00ebrta me t\u00eb (PSD e PDS) do t\u00eb regjistronte gjithsej 780 mij\u00eb vota p\u00ebr koalicionin e PS-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebto llogari t\u00eb thjeshta arithmetike tregojn\u00eb se nj\u00eb gar\u00eb me koalicione parazgjedhore n\u00eb zgjedhjet e ardhshme nuk do t\u00eb jepte garancin\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb mandat t\u00eb tret\u00eb kryeministror t\u00eb Ram\u00ebs. Dhe prandaj ai po punon fort q\u00eb opozita t\u00eb mos futet e bashkuar n\u00eb zgjedhje.<\/p>\n<p>Duke e ditur se PS-ja, si parti m\u00eb vete, e fillon gar\u00ebn me nj\u00eb ep\u00ebrsi gjigande paraprake ndaj partive t\u00eb tjera (n\u00eb 2017-\u00ebn, mori 310 mij\u00eb vota m\u00eb shum\u00eb se PD-ja dhe 540 mij\u00eb vota m\u00eb shum\u00eb se LSI-ja), Rama e ka t\u00eb sigurt mandatimin p\u00ebr formimin e qeveris\u00eb, n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se partit\u00eb e tjera kryesore nuk zyrtarizojn\u00eb nj\u00eb koalicion parazgjedhor (n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebs, partia me m\u00eb shum\u00eb deputet\u00eb ka t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e formimit t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb, kur partit\u00eb e tjera nuk kan\u00eb krijuar koalicion parazgjedhor). Dhe nj\u00eb mandatim i Ram\u00ebs p\u00ebr formimin e qeveris\u00eb, i hap atij rrug\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb peshkuar nd\u00ebr deputet\u00eb opozitar\u00eb apo t\u00eb pavarur, n\u00ebse do t\u2019i duhet vota e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb qoft\u00eb se nuk arrin t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb ndryshime kushtetuese p\u00ebr ndalimin e koalicioneve parazgjedhore, Rama do t\u00eb mundohet t\u00eb josh\u00eb LSI-n\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos regjistrohet n\u00eb koalicion parazgjedhor me PD-n\u00eb, por t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb nj\u00eb pol t\u00eb tret\u00eb me partit\u00eb e vogla opozitare. Kjo, q\u00eb votat e koalicionit t\u00eb madh opozitar t\u00eb ndahen n\u00eb dy pjes\u00eb. Dhe n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se nuk arrin ta josh\u00eb LSI-n\u00eb, mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb josh\u00eb PDIU-n\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb polin e tret\u00eb me partit\u00eb e tjera t\u00eb vogla opozitare. Dhe n\u00eb fund fare, do t\u00eb shpresoj\u00eb t\u00eb marr\u00eb 71 mandate me PSD-n\u00eb dhe PDS-n\u00eb p\u00ebrball\u00eb koalicionit t\u00eb madh opozitar.<\/p>\n<p>Por shpresat e Ram\u00ebs nuk mbarojn\u00eb k\u00ebtu. Partit\u00eb e reja q\u00eb po krijohen mund t\u00eb arrijn\u00eb t\u2019i pengojn\u00eb t\u00eb dyja koalicionet e m\u00ebdha t\u00eb arrijn\u00eb kuot\u00ebn e 71 mandateve paralmentare. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se koalicioni i Ram\u00ebs del i pari, ai mund ta krijoj\u00eb qeverin\u00eb duke futur n\u00eb t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb nga krer\u00ebt e partive t\u00eb reja ose t\u00eb partive t\u00eb vogla t\u00eb vjetra t\u00eb koalicionit opozitar (si\u00e7 b\u00ebri Berisha me Xhuvelin pas zgjedhjeve t\u00eb 2005-\u00ebs).<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fakt, t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto alternative jan\u00eb testuar n\u00eb form\u00eb tullumbacesh publike nga njer\u00ebz apo portale t\u00eb af\u00ebrta me Ram\u00ebn.
