Moikom Zeqo lindi m\u00eb 3 qershor 1949 n\u00eb qytetin e Durr\u00ebsit. Familja e tij \u00ebsht\u00eb me origjin\u00eb nga Libohova. N\u00eb Libohov\u00eb ai morri edhe arsimin fillor. M\u00eb 1967 nisi t\u00eb ndiqte Fakultetin Histori Filologji, duke u diplomuar n\u00eb Universitetin e Tiran\u00ebs m\u00eb 1971 n\u00eb deg\u00ebn gjuh\u00eb-let\u00ebrsi. N\u00eb vitet 1971-1974 punoi si gazetar dhe redaktor letrar i gazet\u00ebs \u201cDrita\u201d. M\u00eb 1974-76 punoi si m\u00ebsues n\u00eb Rrogozhin\u00eb. M\u00eb pas, n\u00eb vitet 1979-1987 qe punonj\u00ebs shkencor pran\u00eb Muzeut Arkeologjik t\u00eb Durr\u00ebsit. M\u00eb 1987-1990 punoi si specialist n\u00eb sektorin e artit antik n\u00eb Akademin\u00eb e Shkencave n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. N\u00eb qershor t\u00eb 1991 qe pjes\u00eb e grupit organizator t\u00eb Kongresit t\u00eb 10-t\u00eb t\u00eb Partis\u00eb s\u00eb Pun\u00ebs. M\u00eb 31 janar-10 maj 1991 u em\u00ebrua kryetar i Komitetit t\u00eb Kultur\u00ebs dhe po at\u00eb vit iu dha portofoli i ministrit t\u00eb Kultur\u00ebs, Rinis\u00eb dhe Sporteve. M\u00eb 1991 dhe 1992 kandidat p\u00ebr deputet, kur dhe u zgjodh dhe sh\u00ebrbeu deri m\u00eb 1996 si deputet i PS-s\u00eb. M\u00eb 1997-2005 ka qen\u00eb drejtor i Muzeut Komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n

\u00cbsht\u00eb Doktor i Shkencave dhe mban Urdh\u00ebrin e Lart\u00eb \u201cMjesht\u00ebr i Madh\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u00cbsht\u00eb autori i 62 librave me poezi, studime arkeologjike, p\u00ebr historin\u00eb e artit, si dhe t\u00eb nje num\u00ebri skenaresh p\u00ebr filma kinematografike e televiziv\u00eb me karakter arkeologjik dhe kulturor. Ka marr\u00eb disa her\u00eb \u00e7mime t\u00eb para p\u00ebr librat e tij. Krijime t\u00eb Moikom Zeqos jan\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyer n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebt anglisht, fr\u00ebngjisht, greqisht, italisht, s\u00ebrbokroatisht, bullgarisht, rumanisht, polonisht, danisht, esperanto, gjermanisht si dhe n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn ton\u00eb.
\n\u00cbsht\u00eb autor i tre ekspozitave vetiake n\u00eb piktur\u00eb. Ka p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb Konferenca Shkencore Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare me dhjetra her\u00eb dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar nga personalitete t\u00eb larta t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs shqiptare dhe t\u00eb huaj.<\/p>\n

Moikom Zeqo \u00ebsht\u00eb sot nj\u00eb nga personalitetet e njohura t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs son\u00eb komb\u00ebtare.
