Megjithat\u00eb, Vu\u00e7iq mbetet nj\u00eb autokrat i rreziksh\u00ebm dhe nj\u00eb popullist shum\u00eb fleksib\u00ebl. K\u00ebt\u00eb e tregoi edhe me zgjedhjen e Ivan Vejvod\u00ebs n\u00eb krye t\u00eb institutit n\u00eb fjal\u00eb. Vejvoda, ish-k\u00ebshilltar p\u00ebr politik\u00eb t\u00eb jashtme i Zoran Gjingjiqit, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb personalitet me lidhje t\u00eb fuqishme nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe var\u00ebsisht nga momenti politik ka p\u00ebrkrahur her\u00eb ndarjen e Kosov\u00ebs, her\u00eb \u201cautonomi p\u00ebr serb\u00ebt\u201d, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb lloj \u201crepublike t\u00eb murgjve serb\u00eb\u201d n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mobile-show-more\">\n<p>Nj\u00eb politikan kontrollon nj\u00eb shtet. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb rasti edhe n\u00eb Serbi. P\u00ebr pothuaj gjith\u00e7ka vendos Aleksand\u00ebr Vu\u00e7iqi, president dhe mbret i pakuror\u00ebzuar i Serbis\u00eb. Ai vendos se kur do t\u00eb mbahen zgjedhjet, kur dhe sa her\u00eb do t\u00eb dal\u00eb n\u00eb televizionet q\u00eb i kontrollon drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb fletushkat e verdha pothuaj \u00e7do dit\u00eb etiketojn\u00eb opozit\u00ebn (edhe ashtu t\u00eb dob\u00ebt) me lloj-lloj akuzash. Para disa vitesh n\u00eb Serbi u shfaq nj\u00eb spot elektoral: nj\u00eb avion i \u201cAir Serbia\u201d u ballafaqua me turbulenca, gj\u00eb shpesh e zakonshme gjat\u00eb fluturimeve. Befas si supermen aty u shfaq Vu\u00e7iqi dhe mori drejtimin e avionit. Mesazhi ishte ky: pa kapiten Vu\u00e7iqin Serbia do t\u00eb rr\u00ebzohet e fundoset. Me kapiten Vu\u00e7iqin Serbia do t\u00eb p\u00ebrparoj\u00eb, sepse Vu\u00e7iqi \u00ebsht\u00eb shp\u00ebtimtari. I vet\u00ebshpallur. Para zgjedhjeve t\u00eb vitit 2017 televizioni m\u00eb i madh publik i vendit \u201cPink\u201d raportoi 267 her\u00eb m\u00eb shpesh p\u00ebr Vu\u00e7iqin se p\u00ebr kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt e tij politik\u00eb. M\u00eb 21 qershor n\u00eb Serbi do t\u00eb mbahen zgjedhjet e ardhshme parlamentare. Para tyre Vu\u00e7iqi i \u00ebsht\u00eb drejtuar serb\u00ebve me nj\u00eb spot televiziv. K\u00ebsaj radhe presidenti gjith\u00ebsundues i premton nj\u00eb t\u00eb ardhme t\u00eb ndritur nj\u00eb vajze t\u00eb vog\u00ebl, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn bisedon p\u00ebr Serbin\u00eb. Muhabeti kulmon me pyetjen e Vu\u00e7iqit: \u201cBabai yt punon n\u00eb bot\u00ebn e jashtme, apo jo?\u201d. Vajza: \u201cPo, punon n\u00eb Gjermani\u201d. Vu\u00e7iq: \u201cN\u00ebse do t\u00eb thosha se kam ide dhe plan p\u00ebr t\u00eb kthyer baban\u00eb t\u00ebnd dhe krejt baballar\u00ebt n\u00eb Serbi&#8230;\u201d. Vajza: \u201cKjo \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshira ime m\u00eb e madhe n\u00eb bot\u00eb\u201d. K\u00ebt\u00eb spot Vu\u00e7iq e postoi n\u00eb profilin e tij n\u00eb Instagram. Protestat e z\u00ebrave kritik\u00eb se k\u00ebshtu ai po keqp\u00ebrdor\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt n\u00eb fushat\u00ebn elektorale, nuk pat\u00ebn efekt.<\/p>\n<p>2.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb rast protestat pat\u00ebn efekt, megjithat\u00eb. Por ngjarjen duhet treguar nga fillimi. N\u00eb janar t\u00eb vitit 2019 disa pun\u00ebtor\u00eb t\u00eb Institutit p\u00ebr filozofi dhe teori shoq\u00ebrore n\u00eb Beograd n\u00ebnshkruan nj\u00eb peticion me t\u00eb cilin p\u00ebrkrahnin protestat kund\u00ebr regjimit t\u00eb Vu\u00e7iqit. N\u00eb peticion Vu\u00e7iq akuzohej p\u00ebr shkelje t\u00eb pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebr rr\u00ebmbim t\u00eb institucioneve demokratike, t\u00eb cilat nuk po punojn\u00eb m\u00eb p\u00ebr interesin publik. Qeverisja e Vu\u00e7iqit, vazhdonin shkenc\u00ebtar\u00ebt, v\u00eb n\u00eb pyetje ndarjen elementare t\u00eb pushtetit, nd\u00ebrsa qytetar\u00ebt shtyhen t\u00eb besojn\u00eb se partitokracia \u00ebsht\u00eb model i duhur i qeverisjes dhe se modeli autoritar \u00ebsht\u00eb i vetmi mekaniz\u00ebm \u201cefikas\u201d p\u00ebr zgjidhjen e problemeve shoq\u00ebrore. \u201cPosht\u00ebrimi publik, demonstrimi se ligji nuk vlen nj\u00ebjt\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, p\u00ebrmendja e vazhdueshme e \u2018armikut\u2019 dhe pamund\u00ebsimi i hapur i \u00e7do debati, sugjerojn\u00eb se \u00e7do mendim ndryshe, \u00e7do kritik\u00eb dhe veprimtari alternative \u00ebsht\u00eb e pad\u00ebshirueshme dhe potencialisht e rrezikshme\u201d, thuhej n\u00eb protest\u00ebn e shkenc\u00ebtar\u00ebve nga instituti, ku dikur kishte punuar edhe Zoran Gjingjiqi, kryeministri proper\u00ebndimor serb i vrar\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2003.<\/p>\n<p>3.<\/p>\n<p>Af\u00ebrsisht dy muaj pas peticionit t\u00eb shkenc\u00ebtar\u00ebve kund\u00ebr Vu\u00e7iqit, regjimi i tij kund\u00ebrgoditi. N\u00eb krye t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Drejtues t\u00eb Institutit u vendos nj\u00eb sociolog q\u00eb ishte shquar p\u00ebr simpati ndaj kriminelit t\u00eb luft\u00ebs Vojislav Sheshel, babait ideologjik t\u00eb Vu\u00e7iqit. Pastaj n\u00eb postin e drejtorit t\u00eb Institutit u caktua nj\u00eb person q\u00eb nuk ishte i pun\u00ebsuar fare n\u00eb Institut. Por an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Institutit, i cili ka mjaft lidhje n\u00eb qarqet akademike anemban\u00eb bot\u00ebs, nuk u dor\u00ebzuan. S\u00eb fundi m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 400 intelektual\u00eb me prestigj nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar publikuan nj\u00eb apel p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e Institutit p\u00ebr filozofi dhe teori shoq\u00ebrore n\u00eb Beograd. Mes n\u00ebnshkruesve jan\u00eb edhe filozof\u00ebt J\u00fcrgen Habermas dhe Judith Butler, historiani Timothy Snyder, publicisti Yuval Noah Harari, politolog\u00ebt Francis Fukuyama dhe Antonio Negri etj. Si \u00e7do popullist i shkatht\u00eb edhe Vu\u00e7iq e kuptoi se do t\u00eb humbte m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00ebse e fut n\u00ebn kontroll institutin n\u00eb fjal\u00eb. Andaj qeveria e tij b\u00ebri nj\u00eb kthes\u00eb t\u00eb papritur, duke e em\u00ebruar n\u00eb krye t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Drejtues t\u00eb Institutit Ivan Vejvod\u00ebn, nj\u00eb politolog, i cili ka nj\u00eb karrier\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb civile (Fondi p\u00ebr Shoq\u00ebri t\u00eb Hapur, German Marshall Found, Balkan Trust for Democracy). Vejvoda ka qen\u00eb k\u00ebshilltar p\u00ebr politik\u00eb t\u00eb jashtme i Zoran Gjingjiqit. S\u00eb fundi Vejvoda ka punuar si hulumtues n\u00eb Institutin p\u00ebr studime humanistike n\u00eb Vjen\u00eb. Vejvoda ka lidhje t\u00eb fuqishme nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>4.<\/p>\n<p>Em\u00ebrimi i Ivan Vejvod\u00ebs tregon se sa fleksib\u00ebl \u00ebsht\u00eb Vu\u00e7iq kur p\u00ebrballet me kritika t\u00eb ashpra. Kur m\u00eb 2012 Vu\u00e7iq i fitoi zgjedhjet n\u00eb Serbi, ai nuk u b\u00eb kryeminist\u00ebr. K\u00ebt\u00eb post i besoi Ivica Da\u00e7iqit, ndon\u00ebse \u201csocialist\u00ebt\u201d serb\u00eb ishin parti relativisht e vog\u00ebl. Vu\u00e7iq u b\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeminist\u00ebr dhe nga prapavija punoi n\u00eb shum\u00eb drejtime: periudh\u00ebn deri kur u b\u00eb kryeminist\u00ebr m\u00eb 2014,\u00a0Vu\u00e7iq e shfryt\u00ebzoi p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar te nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt imazhin e nj\u00eb politikani q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb penduar p\u00ebr posht\u00ebrsit\u00eb e tij (kancelaren gjermane Angela Merkel e entuziazmoi duke u shtirur se tani i interesonte vet\u00ebm etika protestante e pun\u00ebs e Max Weberit), nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht Vu\u00e7iq fitoi p\u00ebrkrahjen e shum\u00eb figurave publike n\u00eb Serbi q\u00eb konsideroheshin proper\u00ebndimor\u00eb, por ishin d\u00ebshp\u00ebruar me t\u00eb ashtuquajturit demokrat\u00eb t\u00eb Boris Tadiqit. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb rast\u00ebsi q\u00eb disa nga k\u00ebto figura si Jelica Miniq jan\u00eb p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebs t\u00eb zjarrt\u00eb t\u00eb planeve t\u00eb Vu\u00e7iqit p\u00ebr ndarjen e Kosov\u00ebs. N\u00eb favor t\u00eb \u201cshk\u00ebmbimeve territoriale\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehur edhe Ivan Vejvoda. Ai ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb dor\u00ebzane bashk\u00ebsia nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. Vejvoda po ashtu ka n\u00ebnvizuar se \u201cideja q\u00eb po vjen nga Kosova\u201d (prekja e kufijve) dikur ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb nga skenar\u00ebt e Zoran Gjingjiqit. Sipas Vejvod\u00ebs sa i p\u00ebrket statusit t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs Ortodokse Serbe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb si shembull mund t\u00eb merret Mali i Shenjt\u00eb Atos, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb republike autonome e murgjve. K\u00ebto zgjidhje, thot\u00eb Vejvoda, \u201cgjenden n\u00eb tavolin\u00eb\u201d, por edhe p\u00ebr \u201cpronat e bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb serbe\u201d dhe \u201clidhur me Gazivod\u00ebn\u201d. N\u00eb vitin 2011 Vejvoda ishte shprehur skeptik sa i p\u00ebrket ndarjes. Dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb e kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb pas vizit\u00ebs s\u00eb kancelares gjermane Angela Merkel n\u00eb Beograd, e cila hapur kishte kund\u00ebrshtuar planet serbe p\u00ebr ndarjen e Kosov\u00ebs. P\u00ebr shkenc\u00ebtar\u00ebt serb\u00eb t\u00eb Institutit p\u00ebr filozofi dhe teori shoq\u00ebrore zgjedhja e Ivan Vejvod\u00ebs n\u00eb krye t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Drejtues \u00ebsht\u00eb lajm i mir\u00eb.
