M\u00eb 6 tetor 2019 LDK ka marr\u00eb vota gati aq sa VV me premtimin se nuk do t\u00eb kthehet n\u00eb gjirin e partive t\u00eb korrupsionit dhe klientelizmit. LDK mund t\u00eb kthehet aty ku ndihet m\u00eb mir\u00eb, por p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb duhet t\u2019u drejtohet qytetar\u00ebve brenda nj\u00eb afati t\u00eb arsyesh\u00ebm. N\u00ebse votuesit e p\u00ebrkrahin n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt, nuk ka askush t\u00eb drejt\u00eb ta kontestoj\u00eb vullnetin e shprehur. Por ambicia p\u00ebr t\u00eb sunduar deri m\u00eb 2023 apo 2024 me shumic\u00eb tjet\u00ebr parlamentare duke deformuar vullnetin qytetar t\u00eb 6 tetorit 2019 \u00ebsht\u00eb loj\u00eb e rrezikshme \u2013 n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb e kryetarit t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb duke e mbivler\u00ebsuar pesh\u00ebn e tij politike dhe duke i shkaktuar d\u00ebm t\u00eb madh rendit demokratik n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrpjekja e kast\u00ebs s\u00eb vjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb qeveri t\u00eb re mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb formalisht e ligjshme, por n\u00eb aspektin demokratik \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb loj\u00eb e rrezikshme \u2013 sidomos p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb munges\u00ebs s\u00eb nj\u00eb plani se kur do t\u00eb mbahen zgjedhjet e reja. Madje partit\u00eb q\u00eb po duan t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb nj\u00eb di\u00e7ka si qeveri as q\u00eb po e p\u00ebrmendin iden\u00eb e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb reja. Kasta e vjet\u00ebr ka nj\u00eb tendenc\u00eb t\u00eb sundoj\u00eb deri n\u00eb vitin 2023 apo 2024 pa iu n\u00ebnshtruar vot\u00ebs s\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve dhe duke p\u00ebrjashtuar dy politikan\u00ebt tani p\u00ebr tani m\u00eb t\u00eb popullarizuar n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb \u2013 Vjosa Osmanin dhe Albin Kurtin. N\u00eb Izrael brenda nj\u00eb viti jan\u00eb organizuar tri pal\u00eb zgjedhje. Pse n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb brenda 6 apo muajve nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur t\u00eb mbahen nj\u00eb pal\u00eb zgjedhje?<\/p>\n<div class=\"mobile-show-more\">\n<p>N\u00ebse n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb nuk organizohen zgjedhje brenda nj\u00eb afati t\u00eb arsyesh\u00ebm, at\u00ebher\u00eb kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me kidnapim t\u00eb vullnetit qytetar t\u00eb shprehur m\u00eb 6 tetor 2019. LDK ka marr\u00eb vota gati aq sa VV me premtimin se nuk do t\u00eb kthehet n\u00eb gjirin e partive t\u00eb korrupsionit dhe klientelizmit. LDK ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb koalicion me \u00e7do forc\u00eb tjet\u00ebr politike, por p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb duhet t\u00eb dal\u00eb para votuesve. N\u00ebse ata i japin vota t\u00eb mjaftueshme p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb, s\u2019ka asnj\u00eb problem n\u00eb kuptim t\u00eb legjitimitetit demokratik.<\/p>\n<p>Tani p\u00ebr tani ideja e aleanc\u00ebs s\u00eb ringjallur t\u00eb politikan\u00ebve q\u00eb kan\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar sistemin korruptiv \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb me forca t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta t\u2019i p\u00ebrjashtojn\u00eb nga vendimmarrja politikan\u00ebt aktualisht m\u00eb t\u00eb popullarizuar t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Me zgjedhjen e qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb re t\u00eb politikave t\u00eb vjetra, Albin Kurti nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb pjes\u00eb e parlamentit (dhe pjesa m\u00eb e madhe e politikan\u00ebve m\u00eb t\u00eb njohur t\u00eb VV-s\u00eb). Me zgjedhjen e qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb re, roli i Vjosa Osmanit do t\u00eb zbehet, sepse n\u00eb LDK edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb do t\u00eb dominojn\u00eb ata q\u00eb m\u00eb 6 tetor 2019 nga frika ose p\u00ebr arsye t\u00eb tjera parapolitike i kan\u00eb ikur testimit t\u00eb besueshm\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb popull. Kjo kast\u00eb tashm\u00eb e ka paralajm\u00ebruar Vjosa Osmanin me nd\u00ebshkim. Pse? Vet\u00ebm pse nuk po p\u00ebshtyn si koleg\u00ebt e saj mbi programin me t\u00eb cilin LDK i ka marr\u00eb k\u00ebto vota m\u00eb 6 tetor.<\/p>\n<p>Udh\u00ebheqja e LDK-s\u00eb po sillet n\u00eb stilin: \u00e7ka na interesojn\u00eb neve pallavrat q\u00eb i kemi th\u00ebn\u00eb dje.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrjashtimi faktik nga vendimmarrja i dy figurave m\u00eb t\u00eb votuara n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb eksperiment i rreziksh\u00ebm q\u00eb e d\u00ebmton r\u00ebnd\u00eb kredibilitetin zgjedhor. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb loj\u00eb cinike po prin kryetari i LDK-s\u00eb, duke e mbivler\u00ebsuar pesh\u00ebn e tij politike dhe duke l\u00ebn\u00eb pas nj\u00eb trash\u00ebgimi politike t\u00eb ndyr\u00eb. Tallja me vullnetin e qytetar\u00ebve dhe deformimi i vullnetit t\u00eb tyre gjithsesi i revolton njer\u00ebzit dhe jo pak prej tyre i zhg\u00ebnjen dhe i shtyn t\u00eb emigrojn\u00eb (si\u00e7 kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb mbi 100 mij\u00eb veta n\u00eb dimrin e viteve 2014\/15).<\/p>\n<p>Natyrisht q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb respektohet vendimi i Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese, por po aq i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm sa vendimi i gjykat\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb respektohet vullneti demokratik q\u00eb buron nga kutia e votimit. Dhe kur ka k\u00ebso dridhjesh aq t\u00eb m\u00ebdha politike si\u00e7 kan\u00eb ndodhur jav\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe kur hendeku mes popullaritetit t\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebs pal\u00eb dhe jopopullaritetit t\u00eb pal\u00ebs tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb aq i madh (si\u00e7 po tregojn\u00eb anketat m\u00eb t\u00eb reja), at\u00ebher\u00eb mandati duhet t\u2019u kthehet qytetar\u00ebve brenda nj\u00eb kohe t\u00eb arsyeshme. Sepse z\u00ebri i qytetar\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb parakusht p\u00ebr parlament funksional, qeveri dhe shtet funksional.<\/p>\n<p>Sjellja arrogante e koalicionit t\u00eb ri t\u00eb politik\u00ebs s\u00eb vjet\u00ebr (dhe t\u00eb kalbur) sikur nuk pask\u00ebsh nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr zgjedhje t\u00eb reja parlamentare dhe bindja absurde e krer\u00ebve t\u00eb k\u00ebtij koalicioni se mund t\u00eb qeverisin deri m\u00eb 2023 apo 2024 pa ia kthyer mandatin qytetar\u00ebve, \u00ebsht\u00eb pap\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi e madhe dhe tendenc\u00eb autoritare.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse n\u00eb dit\u00ebt n\u00eb vijim do t\u00eb ndodh ajo q\u00eb po p\u00ebrgatitet, at\u00ebher\u00eb Kosova do t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb qeveri me disa kryeministra. Dhe nj\u00eb kryeminist\u00ebr urdh\u00ebrmarr\u00ebs dhe jo urdh\u00ebrdh\u00ebn\u00ebs. Figura t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb, me m\u00eb shum\u00eb pesh\u00eb, nuk kan\u00eb pranuar t\u00eb marrin k\u00ebt\u00eb barr\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb klas\u00eb politike e p\u00ebrgjegjshme do t\u00eb gjente nj\u00eb kompromis: q\u00eb Kosova t\u00eb kishte nj\u00eb qeveri teknike, kalimtare p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vit, e cila do t\u00eb merrej me p\u00ebrballimin e situat\u00ebs s\u00eb krijuar nga pandemia dhe pastaj do t\u00eb organizonte zgjedhjet e reja, t\u00eb parakohshme.
