Vendimi i fundit i Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese, si cili ka noterizuar zhb\u00ebrjen vullnetit\u00a0 t\u00eb gjasht\u00eb tetorit, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb prov\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se sido q\u00eb t\u00eb votoj\u00eb populli, n\u00eb fund \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb kast\u00eb ajo q\u00eb vendos.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb e kot\u00eb pas k\u00ebsaj t\u00eb kalamendesh, n\u00ebse gjykat\u00ebsit kushtetues t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb apo jo kur thon\u00eb \u201cnj\u00ebz\u00ebri\u201d se triumfi i nj\u00eb mocioni nuk \u00e7on automatikisht n\u00eb zgjedhje, n\u00ebse ata jan\u00eb n\u00eb mirbesim kur teorizojn\u00eb mbi afatet e fillimit dhe fundit t\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb nj\u00eb mandatari, p\u00ebr t\u00eb paraqitur nj\u00eb kabinet qeveris\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb gjithashtu e pafrytshme t\u00eb fillosh e t\u00eb q\u00ebmtosh se si p\u00ebrkonin deklaratat e kushtetueses me ato t\u00eb presidentit dhe se si, n\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb tjera dikur, Gjykata kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb interpretime te ndryshme.<\/p>\n<p>Morali i k\u00ebsaj fabule \u00ebsht\u00eb i thjesht\u00eb: nj\u00eb pakic\u00eb dominante nuk do ta l\u00ebshoj\u00eb pushtetin, cilido q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb vullneti i shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb popullsis\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim, \u00e7ertifikimi q\u00eb n\u00eb prag mesnate i\u2019u b\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsore, nj\u00eb grushti shteti t\u00eb nisur m\u00eb par\u00eb, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb goditje, as ndaj Vetvendosjes, as ndaj Albin Kurtit.
