Sidoqoft\u00eb, duket se Rama \u00ebsht\u00eb i sigurt\u00eb q\u00eb nj\u00eb dallg\u00eb opozitare 1-milion\u00ebshe (si ajo q\u00eb e solli n\u00eb pushtet) nuk do t\u00eb p\u00ebrplaset mbi PS-n\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhjet e ardhshme\u2026<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fakt, rrotacionet e pushtetit (p\u00ebrve\u00e7 nj\u00ebrit) kan\u00eb ardhur nga dallga votash 1-milion\u00ebshe.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshtu, n\u00eb zgjedhjet e 1992-shit, pothuaj 1.1 milion\u00eb vota grumbulloi koalicioni i partive t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequra nga PD-ja. (Ka ndonj\u00eb z\u00eb q\u00eb pretendon se ka ende n\u00eb xhepa dokumente q\u00eb tregojn\u00eb se nuk ishin 1.1 milion vota, por sidoqoft\u00eb, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 1 milion vota duhe t\u00eb ken\u00eb qen\u00eb). Ishte ajo nj\u00eb dallg\u00eb e madhe e njerzve q\u00eb donin ndryshim, pavarsisht se jo pak prej tyre ishin nga familje tradicionale t\u00eb majta. Dhe para nj\u00eb dallge t\u00eb atill\u00eb, partis\u00eb s\u00eb at\u00ebhershme n\u00eb pushtet nuk i mbeti ve\u00e7se t\u00eb dor\u00ebzonte \u00e7el\u00ebsat e tij\u2026<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb zgjedhjet e 1997-\u00ebs, pothuaj 1 milion vota grumbulloi koalicioni i partive t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequra nga PS-ja, pasi 1 milion shqiptar\u00eb kishin humbur kursimet e jet\u00ebs n\u00eb skemat piramidale q\u00eb lul\u00ebzuan n\u00ebn pushtetin e PD-s\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb se shum\u00eb votues t\u00eb djatht\u00eb u penguan t\u00eb votonin n\u00eb zona t\u00eb nxehta t\u00eb Jugut, por dallg\u00ebs 1-milion\u00ebshe t\u00eb votave opozitare nuk kishte \u00e7\u2019ti b\u00ebnte dot PD-ja e at\u00ebhershme\u2026<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb zgjedhjet e 2013, 1 milion vota grumbulloi koalicioni i partive t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequra nga PS-ja, pasi PD-ja e kishte mbushur kup\u00ebn 8 vjet n\u00eb pushtet. Edhe pse i kishte n\u00eb dor\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha \u00e7elsat e shtetit e t\u00eb zgjedhjeve n\u00eb dor\u00eb (duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb Gard\u00ebn e Republik\u00ebs, policin\u00eb, gjykatat, administrat\u00ebn, KQZ-n\u00eb, etj. etj.), PD-ja u dor\u00ebzua para dallg\u00ebs 1-milion\u00ebshe (madje, pasi u rinum\u00ebruan votat n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, Lezh\u00eb, etj.).<\/p>\n<p>I ndrysh\u00ebm ishte rrotacioni i pushteti m\u00eb 2005, kur koalicioni i partive t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequra nga PD-ja erdhi n\u00eb pushtet me m\u00eb pak se 600 mij\u00eb vota. Ai ishte nj\u00eb rast unik, kur p\u00ebr\u00e7arja e nj\u00eb partie t\u00eb madhe i ka kushtuar pushtetin asaj n\u00eb tre dekadat e fundit. Kandidat\u00ebt e majt\u00eb t\u00eb LSI-s\u00eb (t\u00eb sapondar\u00eb at\u00ebher\u00eb nga PS-ja) konkuruan n\u00eb t\u00eb 100 zonat zgjedhore, duke i prishur pun\u00eb kandidat\u00ebve t\u00eb majt\u00eb t\u00eb PS-s\u00eb.\u00a0 Pa nj\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7arje t\u00eb atill\u00eb t\u00eb votave t\u00eb majta, koalicionit t\u00eb partive t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequra nga PD-ja nuk do t\u2019i kishin mjaftuar votat p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhur n\u00eb pushtet (Vitin q\u00eb vjen, ndonj\u00eb partiz\u00eb e majt\u00eb q\u00eb mund ta krijoj\u00eb Ditmir Bushati, p.sh., s\u2019do t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb nj\u00eb efekt sizmik si ai i LSI-s\u00eb n\u00eb 2005-\u00ebn).<\/p>\n<p>Ky historik i shkurt\u00ebr i rrotacioneve politike n\u00eb tre dekadat e fundit i jep nj\u00eb leksion shum\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb partive t\u00eb sotme opozitare. N\u00eb qoft\u00eb se ato krijojn\u00eb s\u00eb bashku nj\u00eb dallg\u00eb votash 1-milion\u00ebshe, rrotacioni do t\u00eb vij\u00eb, pavarsisht se kush e kontrollon Gard\u00ebn e Republik\u00ebs, policin\u00eb, gjykatat, administrat\u00ebn, KQZ-n\u00eb etj. etj.\u00a0 Por q\u00eb partit\u00eb opozitare ta krijojn\u00eb dallg\u00ebn 1-milion\u00ebshe, nuk duhet t\u00eb mb\u00ebshteten vet\u00ebm tek votuesit e p\u00ebrhersh\u00ebm t\u00eb tyre.
