Krijimi i Parlamentit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri parashikohej p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb \u201cStatusin Organik\u201d (1914) me emrin Asambleja Komb\u00ebtare, e cila kishte kompetenca shum\u00eb t\u00eb kufizuara.<\/p>\n

Asambleja Komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb nuk u krijua p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb gjendjes s\u00eb brendshme dhe t\u00eb fillimit t\u00eb Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n

Organi i par\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues me funksionet e parlamentit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ishte K\u00ebshilli Komb\u00ebtar q\u00eb doli nga Kongresi i Lushnj\u00ebs dhe veproi n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 1920.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fillim t\u00eb vitit 1921 u b\u00ebn\u00eb zgjedhjet e reja p\u00ebr K\u00ebshillin Komb\u00ebtar (parlamentin) me 75 deputet\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb vitin 1922 parlamenti miratoi \u201cStatutin e zgjeruar t\u00eb Lushnj\u00ebs\u201d. N\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb tij K\u00ebshilli Komb\u00ebtar kishte kompetenca t\u00eb gjera e t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme. Ushtrimi i tyre praktik i jepte atij tiparet e nj\u00eb parlamenti.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb viteve 1925-1928 parlamenti shqiptar p\u00ebrb\u00ebhej nga dy dhoma: Dhoma\u00a0 e Deputet\u00ebve me 57 veta dhe Senati me 18 veta, t\u00eb cilat mblidheshin n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
