Gjat\u00eb 24 or\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit, n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin jan\u00eb evidentuar 16 drejtues mjetesh q\u00eb kan\u00eb shkelur urdhrin e ndalim qarkullimit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb nd\u00ebshkuar me heqje t\u00eb lejes s\u00eb drejtimit dhe bllokim mjeti, n\u00eb zbatim t\u00eb Aktit Normativ Nr. 3, dat\u00eb 15.03.2020 \u201dP\u00ebr marrjen e masave t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta administrative gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatjes s\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb infeksionit t\u00eb shkaktuar nga virusi COVID-19\u2033.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin, gjat\u00eb 24 or\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit, si rezultat i kontrolleve t\u00eb ushtruara nga strukturat e Policis\u00eb dhe denoncimeve t\u00eb ardhura nga qytetar\u00ebt n\u00eb adresat zyrtare t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit, n\u00eb 112\/129 dhe Komisariatin Dixhital, jan\u00eb evidentuar dhe nd\u00ebshkuar me mas\u00eb administrative 10.000 lek\u00eb, 253 shtetas, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt u konstatuan nga sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb duke l\u00ebvizur me k\u00ebmb\u00eb apo me bi\u00e7ikleta, pa ndonj\u00eb arsye apo emergjenc\u00eb.<\/p>\n

I., banues n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, pasi gjat\u00eb mbr\u00ebmjes s\u00eb djeshme \u00ebsht\u00eb konstatuar duke l\u00ebvizur me k\u00ebmb\u00eb dhe ka kund\u00ebrshtuar me dhun\u00eb punonj\u00ebsin e Policis\u00eb n\u00eb detyr\u00eb, duke e goditur me sende t\u00eb forta.<\/p>\n
