Gjat\u00eb 24 or\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit, n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin, jan\u00eb evidentuar 8 drejtues mjetesh q\u00eb kan\u00eb shkelur urdhrin e ndalim qarkullimit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb nd\u00ebshkuar me heqje t\u00eb lejes s\u00eb drejtimit dhe bllokim mjeti, n\u00eb zbatim t\u00eb Aktit Normativ Nr. 3, dat\u00eb 15.03.2020 \u201dP\u00ebr marrjen e masave t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta administrative gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatjes s\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb infeksionit t\u00eb shkaktuar nga virusi COVID-19\u2033.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin, nga strukturat e Policis\u00eb jan\u00eb nd\u00ebshkuar me mas\u00eb administrative 10.000 lek\u00eb, 157 shtetas, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt u konstatuan nga sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb duke l\u00ebvizur n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb apo me bi\u00e7ikleta, pa ndonj\u00eb arsye apo emergjenc\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u00cbsht\u00eb nd\u00ebshkuar me mas\u00eb administrative 500 000 lek\u00eb, 1 shtetas, pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb futur pa leje n\u00eb ambientet e urgjenc\u00ebs mjek\u00ebsore, p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb familjarin e tij.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin jan\u00eb konstatuar 7 nj\u00ebsi tregtie q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb zbatuar orarin e mbylljes dhe ndaj administrator\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb masa administrative, n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb nenit 3, pika 7 e Aktit Normativ Nr. 3, dat\u00eb 15.03.2020.<\/p>\n
