P\u00ebr t\u00eb analizuar rolin e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm t\u00eb shtypit islam, t\u00eb zhvilluar n\u00ebn censur\u00ebn nacionaliste serbe, i jemi referuar botimit periodik zyrtar t\u00eb Bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb Islame t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, revist\u00ebs \u201cDituria Islame\u201d. \u00a0Revista vijon t\u00eb botohet prej 34 vjet\u00ebsh pa nd\u00ebrprerje, \u00a0nga viti 1986 deri n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e sotme. Kjo qasje panoramike fokusohet n\u00eb dy periudha t\u00eb ekzistenc\u00ebs s\u00eb revist\u00ebs, para e pas luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb shqyrtohet edhe evoluimi dhe forma e shp\u00ebrfaqjes s\u00eb frym\u00ebs s\u00eb toleranc\u00ebs n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e trajtimit t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtje t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre botimeve me frym\u00eb islame ishin aspekte q\u00eb lidhen me moralin e k\u00ebsaj feje, histori profetike, por edhe probleme e aspekte t\u00eb aktualitetit dhe shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare. Kjo revist\u00eb fitoi autoritet q\u00eb n\u00eb numrat e par\u00eb t\u00eb saj. K\u00ebt\u00eb prestigj e krijoi p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb rolit t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm q\u00eb luajti p\u00ebr informimin e lexuesve t\u00eb gjer\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb rrethana socio-politike tep\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira, madje tejet ekstreme e t\u00eb rrezikshme, kjo revist\u00eb mbrojti \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e identitetit shqiptar dhe ushqeu p\u00ebr vite me radh\u00eb ndjenjat e liris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb atdhedashuris\u00eb tek shqiptar\u00ebt. Hap\u00ebsira q\u00eb revista \u201cDituria Islame\u201d i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes komb\u00ebtare \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e ndjeshme, sepse pjes\u00ebn d\u00ebrrmuese t\u00eb revist\u00ebs, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e rrezikut t\u00eb zhb\u00ebrjes s\u00eb identitetit shqiptar jan\u00eb trajtuar aspekte historike, kulturore e shkencore. Kjo lloj fryme karakterizuese \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshmi e faktit se feja ka nj\u00eb rol t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe nuk q\u00ebndron e ve\u00e7uar prej \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb aktualitetit e interesave komb\u00ebtare. Pavar\u00ebsisht se kjo revist\u00eb u konceptua fillimisht si fetare, politika e saj editoriale nuk mbeti e ngurt\u00ebsuar n\u00eb skema, por iu p\u00ebrshtat realitetit dhe nevojave q\u00eb diktonte shoq\u00ebria. K\u00ebshtu, nga numri i par\u00eb deri tek numri tet\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb revista pati karakter mir\u00ebfilli fetar, ku bazohej kryesisht n\u00eb materiale informuese e edukuese mbi islamin, t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyera nga gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme, por\u00a0 edhe n\u00eb ngjarje t\u00eb komunitetit mysliman n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb e m\u00eb gjer\u00eb.\u00a0 Nj\u00eb rol i posa\u00e7\u00ebm i dedikohej edhe problemeve dhe normave t\u00eb moralit shoq\u00ebror, ku kemi parasysh artikuj t\u00eb till\u00eb si: \u201cSinqeriteti \u2013 nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb e vep\u00ebr (<em>Nr. 1, f. 3<\/em>); Mir\u00ebsjellja, drejt\u00ebsia dhe respekti (Nr. 1, f. 19-22 ); Njohja e vetvetes\u00a0 (Nr. 12, f. 27-29) etj.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb, n\u00eb numrin 12 t\u00eb revist\u00ebs, (janar-mars 1989), botohet artikulli: \u201cApel i Kuvendit Suprem t\u00eb Bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb Fetare n\u00eb Jugosllavi: Jeta n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb t\u00eb zhvillohet n\u00eb frym\u00ebn e v\u00ebllaz\u00ebrim-bashkimit\u201d, ku p\u00ebrtej deklarat\u00ebs institucionale, p\u00ebrcillen edhe mesazhe se feja nuk i ndan, por i bashkon shqiptar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Nga viti 1990, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht nga numri 15-16,\u00a0 numri 17 e sidomos pas numrit 18 t\u00eb revist\u00ebs (koh\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn revista kthehet nga e p\u00ebrtremuajshme, n\u00eb periodike mujore) e deri n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin e luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 1999, tem\u00eb mbizot\u00ebruese e revist\u00ebs b\u00ebhet \u00e7\u00ebshtja komb\u00ebtare, e cila shp\u00ebrfaqet me nj\u00eb nivel t\u00eb lart\u00eb trajtesash, q\u00eb nuk izolohen n\u00eb rrafshin patetik t\u00eb thirrjes p\u00ebr atdhedashuri, por analizohen edhe aspektet historike, kulturore dhe shkencore, si baza e tradit\u00ebs dhe e identitetit shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>Boshti kryesor i k\u00ebtyre trajtesave p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet historike\/komb\u00ebtare v\u00ebrtitej n\u00eb dy drejtime:<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00eb pari, n\u00eb pasqyrimin e ngjarjeve t\u00eb aktualitetit.<\/strong> N\u00eb vitet \u201989-\u201990 u ndalua veprimtaria e nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb mediesh elektronike dhe t\u00eb shkruara n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat u ndalua edhe qarkullimi i gazet\u00ebs \u201cRilindja\u201d. N\u00eb k\u00ebto rrethana revista \u201cDituria Islame\u201d u b\u00eb z\u00ebri kryesor i informacioneve p\u00ebr publikun, ku gjenin raportim ngjarjet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, jo vet\u00ebm brenda Kosov\u00ebs, por edhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb. Si\u00e7 shprehej kryeredaktori i revist\u00ebs s\u00eb asaj kohe, Qemajl Morina, \u201cnevoja p\u00ebr t\u00eb ishte si p\u00ebr buk\u00eb\u201d. Pjes\u00eb e revist\u00ebs ishin edhe lajmet nga bota, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht me ngjarjet e dhimbshme, me t\u00eb cilat po p\u00ebrballej bota islame, si: tragjedia e musliman\u00ebve t\u00eb Bosnje-Hercegovin\u00ebs (1990-1994), agresioni rus n\u00eb \u00c7e\u00e7eni, \u00e7\u00ebshtja e Palestin\u00ebs etj.\u00a0 Sigurisht raportimet p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn ishin n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebmendjes, sepse e gjith\u00eb bota kishte drejtuar syt\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet q\u00eb ky vend po b\u00ebnte p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin nga okupatori serb. N\u00eb k\u00ebto raportime spikat karakteri guximtar denoncues p\u00ebr dhun\u00ebn dhe barbarit\u00eb e policis\u00eb serbe mbi shqiptar\u00ebt, si p\u00ebr shembull kronika p\u00ebr helmimet masive t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00ebp\u00ebr shkolla, burgosjen e njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm dhe shkarkimet masive nga puna. K\u00ebto kronika paraqiteshin n\u00eb trajt\u00eb objektive dhe sipas deontologjis\u00eb gazetareske, botoheshin edhe q\u00ebndrimet zyrtare rreth tyre. Nga viti 1997-1999 nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb revist\u00eb z\u00eb edhe mb\u00ebshtetja e madhe p\u00ebr krijimin e Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe shkrimet motivuese p\u00ebr rrug\u00ebn drejt liris\u00eb si e drejt\u00eb themelore e identitetit t\u00eb individit dhe t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pas luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, nj\u00eb v\u00ebmendje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb ka marr\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnia e shtetit t\u00eb ri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs me Evrop\u00ebn dhe sfida p\u00ebr konturimin e tipareve shoq\u00ebrore n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me ligjin e Zotit.
