Rebeli Tersit u demaskua fuqish\u00ebm me p\u00ebrkorje dhe me tallje publike t\u00eb skajshme.<\/p>\n<p>Homeri e p\u00ebrshkruan Tersitin t\u00eb sh\u00ebmtuar, gunga\u00e7 dhe t\u00eb sh\u00ebmtuar, nj\u00ebsoj si shtypi i sot\u00ebm grotesk i partive i p\u00ebrshkruan kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt ino\u00e7ent\u00eb, q\u00eb synojn\u00eb nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht, simultanisht t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb kreun e pushtetit.<\/p>\n<p>Esht\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb besohet se ky personazh i karikaturizuar n\u00eb kuvendin ushtarak t\u00eb mbret\u00ebrve Akeas do t\u00eb ishte prototipi i Sokratit dhe Krishtit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt guxuan intelektualisht nj\u00ebsoj publikisht dhe p\u00ebsuan t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin fat t\u00eb turpsh\u00ebm nga turmat e politizuara, nga tradita agamemnonase e autoritetit absolut t\u00eb padiskutuesh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Sfida estetike e Tersitit, \u00e7oi n\u00eb lindjen e surrealizmit n\u00eb shekullin XX dhe Salvador Dali-a t\u00ebr\u00eb kryengritjen e vet pikturike e imitoi nga karikatura tersitiane.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb arsyeja gjenuine dhe supreme q\u00eb Xhejms Xhojsi e rishkroi subjektin homerik si parodi, duke shkat\u00ebrruar pa m\u00ebshir\u00eb monumentalitetin epik si nj\u00eb mbishtres\u00eb t\u00eb panevojshme, ose si nj\u00eb zbukurim t\u00eb stilit barok t\u00eb zot\u00ebrinjve prepotent\u00eb t\u00eb pushtetit dhe t\u00eb opinioneve njer\u00ebzore.<\/p>\n<p>Lavuazje Laforti, historian i filozofis\u00eb n\u00eb Universitetin e Sorbon\u00ebs botoi n\u00eb vitin 1965, librin ambicioz dhe erudit \u201cFilozofia para r\u00ebnies s\u00eb Bastij\u00ebs\u201d, ku n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb jo elokuente, t\u00eb vrazhd\u00eb, por plot parashtres\u00eb dhe indikacione t\u00eb vlefshme, b\u00ebn lidhjen e figur\u00ebs s\u00eb Tersitit homerik me Spartakun trakas, Jan Husin, Omar Khajamin, Oliver Kromuellin, Rablen\u00eb, duke i shmangur jo pa q\u00ebllim filozof\u00ebt problematik\u00eb bashk\u00ebkohor\u00eb si Zhan Pol Sartri.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebtij libri i b\u00ebn re\u00e7ensione t\u00eb mprehta me v\u00ebrejtje metaforike p\u00ebr stilin, por afirmativ p\u00ebr struktur\u00ebn konceptuale Adorme, Patocka, Malroja, Derrida, Kangerga.<\/p>\n<p>Kapitulli q\u00eb i kushtohej Pier Alebardit (1079-1142) filozof parizian brilant, q\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb jet\u00ebn argumentoi n\u00eb debat t\u00eb pam\u00ebshir\u00ebsh\u00ebm me Bernardin e Klervos\u00eb dhe Anselmin e Kenterberrit, se \u201carsyeja \u00ebsht\u00eb para autoritetit, qoft\u00eb ky i fundit edhe teologjik\u201d, u vler\u00ebsua posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht.<\/p>\n<p>Alebardi si rrjedhim i tez\u00ebs kryene\u00e7e t\u00eb m\u00ebsip\u00ebrme, shtroi edhe k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn anticipuese, p\u00ebr drejt\u00ebsi sociale duke i k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuar njer\u00ebzit e fuqish\u00ebm shtet\u00ebror\u00eb t\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb vet me d\u00ebnime t\u00eb paimagjinueshme dhe me d\u00ebnime ferri.<\/p>\n<p>Ky teprim sfidues dhe mendjeleht\u00eb, i kushtoi shum\u00eb.. Koncili i Suasonit vendosi n\u00eb 1141 t\u00eb digjeshin n\u00eb sheshe qytetesh t\u00ebr\u00eb librat e tij t\u00eb d\u00ebmsh\u00ebm dhe p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb dashuris\u00eb s\u00eb tij t\u00eb fsheht\u00eb me murgesh\u00ebn Eloiza, u rrah nga tre kryepeshkop\u00eb dhe \u2026 u trodh, (kastrua).<\/p>\n<p>Letrat e mall\u00ebngjyera, pasionante t\u00eb Alebardit p\u00ebr Eloiz\u00ebn, pas k\u00ebtij akti katastrofal, jan\u00eb burim sentimentalizmi, plot revolt\u00eb intelektuale, asketike deri n\u00eb blasfemi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qeveri pa gazeta apo gazeta pa qeveri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Xhafersoni dhe Medisoni, duke besuar n\u00eb lirin\u00eb natyrore t\u00eb njeriut, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kauzale shtjelluan konceptin esencial t\u00eb Amendamentit t\u00eb Par\u00eb t\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebs Amerikane, q\u00eb lirin\u00eb e pac\u00ebnueshme t\u00eb bindjeve e lidhin me hedhjen posht\u00eb n\u00eb perspektiv\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebra ligjeve t\u00eb mundshme kund\u00ebr shtypit t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Xhafersoni i mrekulluesh\u00ebm formuloi shprehjen trondit\u00ebse se \u201cmes nj\u00eb qeverie pa gazeta dhe gazetave pa qeveri\u201d, do t\u00eb preferonte k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb fundit, si m\u00eb demokratikun. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb, e akuzuan si jakobin francez mes amerikan\u00ebve, pretencioz dhe kok\u00ebshkret\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Gabimet e gazetar\u00ebve, madje edhe ato m\u00eb t\u00eb tmerrshmet, Xhafersoni i klasifikoi me nj\u00eb durim shembullor si \u201cmonumente t\u00eb dob\u00ebsis\u00eb njer\u00ebzore, t\u00eb mosnjohjes, anomali t\u00eb pashmangshme t\u00eb intelektit\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Studiuesi i sociologjis\u00eb etimologjike, Ulliam Fajteri, i Universitetit t\u00eb Man\u00e7esterit, jo i pandikuar nga shkolla bihoveriste, si edhe nga stili i lart\u00eb i Xhorxh Berklit, arriti n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin (n\u00eb Traktatin \u201cHierarkia e Ideve\u201d) se ka nj\u00eb antagoniz\u00ebm t\u00eb paralindur t\u00eb kategorive ideore.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshtu mendimi i lir\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe shprehje e liris\u00eb dhe e shtr\u00ebngimit, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb e s\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebs, kinse se shtypi i lir\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb quhet i till\u00eb, n\u00ebse nuk do t\u00eb ekzistonte edhe censura e lir\u00eb, ose liria e censur\u00ebs, nj\u00eb e drejt\u00eb natyrore dhe themelore e njeriut (!?).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Racionaliteti apo instiktet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dr. Gunter Gyt, shefi i Policis\u00eb Politike n\u00eb Berlin gjat\u00eb Rajhut III, ka botuar nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr memorialistik t\u00eb sinqert\u00eb ku me k\u00ebmb\u00ebngulje k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb vendoset klinikisht nj\u00eb raport i ndrysh\u00ebm i funksionimit biologjik midis trurit dhe organeve seksuale.<\/p>\n<p>Ai kishte v\u00ebrejtur se zhvillimi i trurit t\u00eb njeriut bashk\u00ebkohor, ishte m\u00eb i madh, m\u00eb efikas, sesa i organeve seksuale, \u00e7ka \u00e7on pashmangshm\u00ebrisht n\u00eb triumfin e racionalitetit mbi instiktet, kur duhej t\u00eb ishte ndryshe, p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetuar totalitarizmin subkoshient dhe burokratik t\u00eb shtetit.<\/p>\n<p>Gyti seriozisht propozonte nd\u00ebrhyrje kirurgjikale ose hormonale n\u00eb trurin e njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb n\u00eb lindje p\u00ebr t\u00eb shmangur anomalin\u00eb, si\u00e7 e quante ai t\u00eb par\u00ebsis\u00eb diabolike \u201ct\u00eb materies s\u00eb hirt\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse n\u00eb shekullin XVI Paracelsi, mendoi t\u00eb krijonte njeriun-artificial \u2013 Homonculusin, n\u00eb fund t\u00eb shekullit XX dhe n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb shekullit XXI, inxhinier\u00ebt genetist\u00eb guxuan at\u00eb q\u00eb nuk guxohej kurr\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, krijimin e komanduar t\u00eb \u201cAjnshtajn\u00ebve dhe kryeministrave artificial\u00eb\u201d, sipas parametrave t\u00eb koduar sakt\u00ebsisht dhe me mir\u00ebkuptim nga shteti.<\/p>\n<p>Vet\u00ebkuptohet se k\u00ebshtu realizohet harmonia e \u00ebnd\u00ebrruar e shtypit, m\u00ebnjanohen ekseset, sensacionet e panevojshme, streset dhe krimet informative q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb k\u00ebrdin\u00eb sot.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shqiptari Milo Temesvar, berishist\u00ebt, rilindasit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr komunizmin totalitar lindor shtypi i lir\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb katrahur\u00eb, q\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnonte doktrin\u00ebn, mjekr\u00ebn sibilike t\u00eb Karl Marksit te \u201ctjetersuar\u201d nga ideologet paranojak\u00eb antikomuniste.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr hir t\u00eb s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs, duhet v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb reliev fakti q\u00eb semiologu kabalistike t\u00eb Buenos-Ajresit, ku u njoh edhe me Jorge Luis Borgesin, q\u00eb e infektoi me silogjizmat e teologut mesjetar Thoma Akuini, i quajtur ndryshe edhe Aristoteli me tonsur i Kish\u00ebs Katolike.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb shkrimet dhe librat e tij kontradiktor\u00eb, shqiptari Milo Temesvar e quajti t\u00eb pav\u00ebrtetuar antologjikisht kategorin\u00eb e liris\u00eb, duke shtuar se liria e mendimit dhe p\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr shtypi i lir\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb kund\u00ebr simetris\u00eb dhe kristalogjis\u00eb moderne.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto materiale u fut\u00ebn ilegalisht n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimet sekrete dhe jurist\u00ebt me kurse 5-mujore t\u00eb parlamentit Berishian, me pas te parlamentit Rilindas, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt pozitivizmin juridik e kan\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dyshim si edhe teori t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb pav\u00ebrtetuara.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Po \u00e7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb liria?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Liria (gr. N\u00ebse n\u00eb shal\u00eb hip\u00ebn Djalli, at\u00ebher\u00eb njeriu do t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb nga t\u00eb doj\u00eb Djalli.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Teza heretike e paraqet njeriun \u201cFark\u00ebtar t\u00eb fatit t\u00eb vet \u201c-(\u201cFortuna suae ipse faber\u201d. Indeterminizmi, e ndan njeriun, lirin\u00eb nga domosdoshm\u00ebria. Epikuri, i kund\u00ebrvihet fatalizmit q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb thelbi i maksimalizuar i rast\u00ebsive, k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb njeriu t\u00eb synoj\u00eb lumturin\u00eb (e drejta e tij natyrore) pra drejt nj\u00eb \u201catarksia\u201d si gjendje e paturbullueshm\u00ebris\u00eb shpirt\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n<p>Idet\u00eb e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrme jan\u00eb t\u00eb nevojshme t\u00eb njihen nga pushtetar\u00ebt, por edhe nga opozitar\u00ebt. Vizionarizmi e b\u00ebn politikanin t\u00eb lir\u00eb, kriticist. Nj\u00ebshi partiak dhe nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht Nj\u00ebshi Ekzekutiv, i modelon t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt sipas vehtes. Nj\u00eb parti q\u00eb nuk ka liri brenda saj, kur vjen n\u00eb pushtet munges\u00ebn e liris\u00eb e kthen n\u00eb thagm\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb dhunuar mbi njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb e duan lirin\u00eb, mbi intelektual\u00ebt, personalitete t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Deputet\u00ebt dhe ministrat pushtetar\u00eb b\u00ebhen k\u00ebshtu vegla t\u00eb verb\u00ebta, celulizmi b\u00ebhet katastrofik, duke mos qen\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb p\u00ebr vehte, m\u00ebtojn\u00eb t\u00eb prekin edhe lirin\u00eb e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr politikan\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb t\u00eb pushtetit, duhet p\u00ebrmendur epigrama e shkruar n\u00eb 1901, nga Faik Konica:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 More Dudum, kok\u00ebkungull \/ goj\u00ebbuall, e barkrrumbull \/ thuam\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnt\u00eb pika \/ \u00e7\u2019t\u00eb duhet ty politika?
